Yes, it is technically sleeping! Stuff like this is why your body is supposed to shut itself down and go into paralysis while you’re sleeping: so you don’t wander off and hurt yourself acting out whatever it is you’re dreaming about.
the cans being tossed on the lawn, she explained in another video that she was dreaming that she was at a party and the person had a pool filled with jello so she went and put pop cans in the pool. but in real life she was sleep walking and putting pop cans out on her lawn.
