With Lebanese , Syrian and Jordanian foods in bakeries we have manoushe. In this Lebanese village,Beit Chabab we have at least 5 different manoushe sites as every alley has one. Its a traditional food all over Lebanon. It began simply by thyme in cooked dough. Since my young age I found its so many varieties of manoushe and it had grown to Thyme, cheese(akkawi cheese), thyme and cheese, meat and onions, meat and cheese, ... finally to pizzas . In Jordan you find mansaf a real tasty original food there of rice, meat, yogurt and mixed nuts for who wants. The yogurt is salty as its a dry type by their techniques. Research both manoushe and mansaf.
We serve steak black and blue, cooked on the red hot spot on the grill for a second then flipped for a couple seconds flip to mark flip to mark and serve, you get black diamond lines and the in-between is still red/purple/blue depending on the quality of the meat,,,if you ever ate at the Stone Wall Steak and Ale or Manero's in Greenwich Connecticut back in the 70's and 80's you Know what I mean,,,😮😊

I don't think that I would try any, my food preparation has to be in a clean and sanitary environment.
This was one of the best videos you've ever had. Thanks
