Great video. I think clover can get a bad rap sometimes but it is a great food source and can stay green pretty late even in the upper Midwest.

Are you still mowing your clover then? Or will that defeat the purpose of the multiple different clovers
Good question. it really just depends on if we think the weed and grasses are getting out of control and we want to knock them back. Certainly wouldn't defeat the purpose if it is needed.
Do u spray the clover to allow the fall planting to grow without clover competing
No we will drill right through existing vegetation. The clover is heading into dormancy and won't be growing like it does in spring and summer.
@@Whitetail_PropertiesI know this is a year later but if you see this, do you think if you don’t have a drill that you can broadcast brassica into the standing clover? Or will the clover shade out the brassica after in germinates?
What's your seeding rate of each seed
For each clover seed? It depends on a few things.. Is it going to be drilled or broadcasted? Also is it paired with other perennials or other perennials or both, and location.
