The State is spending more time and money and care, in drawing a veil of secrecy over its dealing with the Cervical Check Scandal, than it is spending on doing right by the women themselves. They've designed a Tribunal that almost no one wants, trusts, or signed up to. It has failed to address key issues of shoddy work, outsourced to labs that catastrophically failed, and continues to put barriers in the way of women seeking redress for themselves or their families. Shame on this State and the successive governments that perpetuate injustice.
