That's great but when it comes down to being able to send and receive money they ask for your social security number and that ties you to the old account . What do you do then

Been doing this for 2 years but it's alot easier to use emails. But now it will close when I try to add money on a new one. It will ask me to verify info. Then shut me down.
Tried 4 new emails and when someone tries to send me money it's asks for all this info and closes it out.. asks for social and then closes it. I think there is a bigger problem like some hacking or phishing

Celene Ramos, I’ve had the same thing happen twice. And their support is nonexistent cas they will never return my emails or tell me why it was closed. It was totally random both times.

Original accout closed due to something with the terms and conditions. I have changed my number changed my email and still cannot open a new account. It ask to verify my identity. Soon as I answer those questions it says my account has been closed. Should I not verify the information?

If you link your card or bank to it and your last account was banned they will immediately ban your new account somit defeats my purpose of having it

So I downloaded cash app today I logged in with my number and it put me into a random account with a credit card on it already I deleted it and erased that cash app account and made a new one w my number again and the old bank account from wtv random person still pops up there any tips? That's the thing. Did you remove your old phone number from the previous account? A hack I found is to remove the old phone, use a new phone to create a new account, and once that's done you can easily replace the new phone with the old one.
