The first time I ever rode the Tower of Terror was at Disneyland in Cali. Our concierge was REALLY enjoying his role, because I distinctly remember him saying “please keep your hands and legs inside the elevator, and if you are having any second thoughts…too late!” Before turning out of the elevator and closing the door. Then, after the drops happened and we were done with our ride, after Mr. Sterling gave his speech, the same guy was sent us off was the one to unlock us. He burst through the door, clutching at his chest like he had been genuinely worried for us, and said “oh thank goodness you’re all ok!” He really made the experience extra special for me, and I gave him a high five and told him thank you as we were leaving. The Orlando version is something else though!! Sooooo much cooler with how it physically takes you into the Zone! Thank you for sharing this!
One of the best thrill rides Disney has created to date. The setting, the theme and just the right amount of thrill. Great opening shot with the darkening sky 4K.
Yes I completely agree Andrew! The Imagineers did an amazing job with this attraction all around. It is pretty much a masterpiece in my opinion! Thanks for watching as always 😃

I don’t think i can truly say that i’ve been scared shitless until I rode the Tower of Terror. The eerie atmosphere before you even step foot on the lift perfectly complements the horrifying experience
I did this ride in December when I went with my boyfriend. My leg started shaking and this beautiful human next to me asked cold or scared? I said terrified lol. She told me it was fun, she would scream with me. She held my hand, told me what was happening and gave me a hug at the end saying well done, I did it. I didnt get her name but people being people was just amazing ❤ xxxx

Ah yes, those were the good days! For me, a lot of this high tech changes/app based stuff is making the experience more stressful. A lot of it is great and convenient, but I miss the experience of getting Fastpasses in person. Thanks for watching as always Michelle! 😃

Here’s a tip if you don’t wanna feel the drops. Push your feet up against the wall(in front of your feet..to be specific lol and don’t sit directly in the front if you’re trying to do this technique), then grab onto the sides of your seat to lift yourself up. DO BOTH OF THESE THINGS AT THE SAME TIME. I promise you, this 100% works. AND YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING, why do this? Aren’t you getting on because of the drops and cool attraction? I’m saying this for the people who maybe wants to see the attraction first hand but just doesn’t wanna feel any of the drops. I’m saying this for the ones who don’t wanna look scared in front of their family and friends so they force themselves to go on. Saying this for the ones who just wanna see if this actually works lol. Hope this helps❤️
Damn had I seen this earlier! Went on it and never again I can't do this free falling drops. Did it cause my 7 year old wanted to check it out for the first time and me to
I remember going on this when I was 6 in summer 2013 and it scared the living crap outta me and I’ll never forget when Rod Serling said this line “You are about to discover what lies beyond the fifth dimension, beyond the deepest, darkest corner in the imagination, in the Tower Of Terror”. YOU KNEW THAT STUFF WAS ABOUT TO GO DOWN. And then all of a terrifying sudden, the elevator drops like 50 mph and I thought my seatbelt wasn’t on and I was thrown up to the ceiling of the elevator I’m a teen now and this ride is so iconic and I have to go on it again
Disney's masterpiece, I only ride it when I can wait at least 30 min to take in the atmosphere, grab a beer and sip while you marvel at the eerie wonderfulatmosphere. The set is truly better than the ride itself IMO. Great video as always!

I’m not sure why, probably because I tend to freak out a little bit on this ride (despite loving it) and the feeling of experiencing it alongside everyone else in that elevator helps lighten it up. The screaming, the laughter, the one person swearing at their S.O. or friend for making them ride it, it’s all so ridiculous and absurd and I love all of it😂

Fascinating video. Congratulations. The attraction is excellent. You come up with an idea and the during it changes completely. If you still can’t do it, then don’t! You’re on vacation, why waste time stressing yourself out? I do highly reccomend checking this ride out at least once, one of the best rides in WDW.
This ride is a lot of fun. At first when I was younger I was afraid to go on because of the drop and other stuff that was scary to me but when I rode the ride with either my grandmother or my dad as I got older I wasn’t afraid anymore. To be perfectly honest this ride is a lot scarier at night than during the day time but again it’s still a lot of fun.
Hopefully I can convince my parents that a holiday in Spain can wait so we can go to Disney world! This is one of the attractions I really want to witness, the eerie feeling when you are walking in even! Absolutely amazing!
Rode this for the first time this past March and was TERRIFIED. Apologies to the people in my elevator shaft - I hope your eardrums are okay. 10/10, kneecaps shaking for an hour afterwards, will ride again.
I wish I could go to Walt Disney World for the 50th Anniversary Celebration. If I went there for the 50th Anniversary Celebration, I would ride the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror to relive the memory of when me and my dad had first rode it, God, rest his soul.
I skipped this ride so many trips and then finally got pressured lol into riding and it became one of my fav rides!! But now once again I’m not sure I want to be flung in the air like that anymore 😂😂😂😂 but good times good times
Im visiting the park in September and I'm absolutely terrified of this ride. I hate free fall rides. Anyone can confirm how bad it actually is? Someone who isn't a thrill lover, preferably. My parents went to Disney in 1994 and I grew up listening stories about a haunted hotel that had an elevator that dropped abruptly, after showing you a view of the entire park. They kepy telling me how the atmosphere inside the hotel was amazing. Imagine riding this back in the 90's, how innovative it was back in the day. I went to Orlando twice already but I never visited Hollywood Studios. It's a matter of honor to go on this ride this time around.
This video is fabulous! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you so much! (I just might have shared your channel with a few dozen people today! Sharing the Magic! You are great!) 👏 👏👏
One of the many rides i hope to go on this summer with my school mates! Ive dreamt of going to Disney ever since i was a little boy. And both this and the haunted mansion have been my top two rides to go on! Ah! Im getting excited just thinking about it!
TOT, a ride that is a must, but how you found a LMAStuntShow 💨reference! Kudos! BTW, so happy you had done that 2nd 5K of HS. Did you just wait out the download or get something new? With all our storms, my WIFI goes out in the middle of the night so new normal. Thx, 4.
Haha yes, that LMA pic is from back when the Magic of Disney Animation was still open! I’m shocked they are still selling it, but I just had to buy it. The 5K studios video took forever to upload like usual, but I got lucky and it uploaded just in time! Wifi here is pretty inconsistent as well in general. It’s so annoying but I’m used to it now lol. I was also looking forward to that ToT movie with Scarlett Johansson! It’s a shame Disney ruined such an opportunity. I’m sure the film would have been great. Thanks for watching as always Liz!
Did y’all know if you go on the left the thing where it shows you the rooms at the bottom fallen letters are there it says “take the stairs” it’s trying to warn us! *i rode it 2 days or 1 day ago I don’t reamber but it’s still fun!*
i remember when i went on the moment i saw the elevator people get lightning striked (i was 8 btw) i was screaming “NO NO NO GET ME OFF GET ME OFF” i don’t remember what happened next so i’m pretty sure my brain blocked off that memory to avoid long-term trauma.
Still one of my favorites- though I’m not sure if I like it as the symbol of Hollywood studios. Mission Breakout is good though too but there can never replace this legend.
went to disney when i was 7, my parents had already bought fast passes for this one meaning i had to go on it, despite not wanting to, this thing scared the fuck out of me and vid we got from it was just me shutting my eyes 💀
I haven’t been in years but when I was a kid my favorite seat was the back middle cuz it only had a seatbelt not the lap bar and nothing to hold on to….shit was crazy fun
I went with a friend who was convincing me to not give up, he told me about his sister and how she was afraid the first time. When we set and put the seat belts, he told me "i had no idea i would be able to convince you. I am so scared of this ride but you were so brave to come and that I couldn't stop you" i started screaming and the doors weren't even locked lolol
Funny story I went with a group from school since I was in chorus, I found the hotel people wondering around and got a photo, they offered a front row pass to the ride and it was my first time going I was terrified of the drop since I wasn't a fan of coasters then but I look back and I wish I got on more but it was cool I got to skip the line for free!
People said that this ride’s drop is really bad. I went on this when I was 8 and when I was terrified of drop rides (I still am) but I didn’t make a sound when it dropped. I was either really brave or about to wet myself. Either way it wasn’t that bad. Or so I thought… I’m just messing with you. If you’re gonna go on this then don’t worry that much. The drop isn’t too bad :)
I want to do this on my next trip so bad but I absolutely hate how drops make my stomach feel. Any thoughts to remedy this??? I don’t want to embarrass myself on the ride!
Me to! Went on it for the first time. And I sat in the front row which was the worst! Theres about 3 quick drops that are the deepest down about 3 secs free falling. The rest are shorter. Don't eat or drink anything before
Some of my best memories are from Disneyland (1958), I was lucky enough to take my kids (And Mother in law) to Tokyo Disneyworld way back when they first opened, Watching Mickey Mouse speak Japanese was interesting to say the least.

TOT, a ride that is a must, but how you found a LMAStuntShow 💨reference! Kudos! BTW, so happy you had done that 2nd 5K of HS. Did you just wait out the download or get something new? With all our storms, my WIFI goes out in the middle of the night so new normal. Thx, 4.
Thanks
Not for nothing, I thought, "Scarlett Johansson to Star in Tower of Terror Movie for Disney" would have been worth it, but Diz went & muffed that up!
When I got on this ride I *Loudly* screamed oh we’re definitely gonna die lmaoo
I love this ride I recently went and I miss it so much I only got to ride it 2 times😭
first time riding, got front row, screamed my head off but very fun
went to disney when i was 7, my parents had already bought fast passes for this one meaning i had to go on it, despite not wanting to, this thing scared the fuck out of me and vid we got from it was just me shutting my eyes 💀
NEVER WILL I EVER GO ON THIS
I haven’t been in years but when I was a kid my favorite seat was the back middle cuz it only had a seatbelt not the lap bar and nothing to hold on to….shit was crazy fun
Thank you for filming every detail! Great ride!
Great vid as always!
Thank you so much!
Most of the rides at Disney World are mellow, however not this one 🤣 It is a great ride, love the theme just the right amount of creepy.
Went on it once. Never again. Great video though. As close as I want to get thanks.
I can understand that for sure! Thanks for watching as always!
You should definitely do this in October It would be the perfect time especially for a scary ride like tower of terror
3:03 “Evil tower, you are doomed”
Is there any ride through video without people talking over the narration?
Excellent
That is actually horrifying
Funny story I went with a group from school since I was in chorus, I found the hotel people wondering around and got a photo, they offered a front row pass to the ride and it was my first time going I was terrified of the drop since I wasn't a fan of coasters then but I look back and I wish I got on more but it was cool I got to skip the line for free!
1:46 gave me super vibes
the drop isn’t that bad it only last for a few seconds although 10/10 ride
People said that this ride’s drop is really bad. I went on this when I was 8 and when I was terrified of drop rides (I still am) but I didn’t make a sound when it dropped. I was either really brave or about to wet myself. Either way it wasn’t that bad. Or so I thought…
I’m just messing with you. If you’re gonna go on this then don’t worry that much. The drop isn’t too bad :)
The drop really ***isn't*** that bad. It's all the screwing with your mind they do before they drop you...🤪
@@kathyadams9059 i fully agree, i was terrified as a kid because of all the music and the clip they showed us before going on the ride 😅
The people talking ruined this.
This video sucks. Get a decent one.
Don't eat or drink anything before
I know somewhere along the outdoor Que, there is a smell of something dead and it’s part of the ride
So the whole ride's in the dark?
And SCREAM YOUR LUNGS OUT 🫁🤣 HAHAHHAA Honestly haha
Some of my best memories are from Disneyland (1958), I was lucky enough to take my kids (And Mother in law) to Tokyo Disneyworld way back when they first opened, Watching Mickey Mouse speak Japanese was interesting to say the least.
I was stationed on the USS Lockwood 1064 in Yokosuka, Special Services Discount tickets!!
Found this a little underwhelming because the ride and drop was pretty tame. Amazing atmosphere though and 10/10 on production and execution
@4KWDW I have a question for you what is the park times for universal studios hours please
People thinking those masks were helping was the real terror.
Please do rockin roller coaster next!!
I can try to soon!
i went on this ride in april , i was shaking so bad when i got off
