Thanks for the update, though ranked choice isn't that unique globally so I'm not sure why all the scaremongering given that we've chosen to adopt a system that allows for the chosen representative will more accurately reflect the will of the voters

We left Portland in May for several reasons. One major reason was this new city council craziness and of course this experiment of rank choice voting… Portland hasn’t hit Rick bottom just yet.. But it’s looking like it definitely will within the next 2-4 yrs
