Most of books are in english only,and lack of awareness , tamilnadu students mostly trying tnpsc only, but in north india more awareness regarding upsc exams and all books are available hindhi medium ...... first we should translate upsc books in tamil...

First problem with Tn students they will start preparing upsc after completing their UG course...Student must start their preparation once they enteted ug..After complerion of ug they feel the pressure of job and get only what is available....

Age Limit restricition plays a very big factor maybe if it's relaxed for the upsc aspirants definitely many people will come forward, other than that the morale plays a big role. Many ppl are misguided about the role of IAS, IPS officers like they're subordinates of politicians. But in reality a different picture is in play. If people gets the idea of how the things work and not the whitewashed picture definitely we will get the right person. TN FOR INDIA will shine back 👍
Rajavel sir, my humble suggestion: Go to Colleges and conduct awareness programs to Students to dream and prepare for UPSC program.

@jagak Because we dont have any other asset than our education . we were ill treated by Dravidian ideology , we studied hard and migrated to various parts of the country and world .
Regardless of the community you can also achieve great things in life if you have education by your side .
Please remember we dont even have any reservations , we neither complaint or cry . we only COMPETE. we have also come up from poor and humble background .
Caste is in your mind not in the books . Books and education are the same for all. Just study and fight hard to compete

Thank you sir's for sharing your valuable experience... We will try our best to clear UPSC and other central government services. There was a big wrong mind set in Tamil Nadu students they all are worried about the language barrier. like Hindi. in other states peoples they must know about Hindi they can speak and write also. they can able to attend the interview and wetting I'm Hindi as well as English. but Tamil Nadu students not like that we are heard about Hindi only in railway station and airport. here every one feel like shy and worried about this language also few more peoples think it's too complicated and tough ❤🎉
@@arun_arul998 Hindi has nothing to do with this. Many Tamil medium students have cleared UPSC. Don't mislead aspirants.
