Been looking at this swing for over a year and found it on sale today for $450 and had to get it. Just got home and wanted to see if I should open the box laying down or up and found this video. Thanks brotha! Appreciate the guide. And if anyone was wondering, we were able to fit this box in the back of our JK Wrangler by sliding and tilting the p/s front seat all the way forward. Just put the box on the side and run it diagonally from p/s front to d/s rear. You can close the gate but not the top glass. I told my wife there was NO way this box was gonna fit so I had to eat some humble pie. 😂
Install update: everything was pretty straight forward and not too difficult until you get to the canopy. Getting the 2nd sidebar on was nothing short of a miracle. Once that was on, I was only able to expand the adjuster bolts about 1/4" so it's not wide enough to fit on the swing. We're gonna let the canopy sit out in the sun for a couple days and let the material stretch some more then expand the bolts until we can fit it on the swing. So far, the swing itself is great!
Hi onepunch7632, great price find ! Glad is was helpful and yeah the canopy can be tricky. Thanks for watching !!
Any estimates on how much time it takes to build?
Hi dylanmichel2661, If i recall it took about 2 hoursish for me to build it alone, I'm sure if you have a buddy it would go faster. Thanks for watching !!
Nice. Thank you

Do you need to anchor legs for stability
Hi RR-vf2bd
I don't use any anchors, but if you swing hard you can make it move back and forth.
Thanks for watching!!
Just tried putting the replacement canopy on. It was a bitch. However, would have liked advice/seen how you put it on the actual swing once assembled. The top is too short to screw in without stretching the frame.
Hi PamK-ol6fc
If the canopy top length is to short, it might be an issue with step 21 & 22, 16:38. The hexagon nut might need to be spaced out more. This part was a pain for me. I hope that helps.

Can this be easily moved around in the patio or it’s very heavy after the installation?
Hi bhuvaneshv
I personally don't believe it's to heavy to move around the patio.
Thanks for watching !!
Thank you!
Do we have to remove the silicon ?
HI rutanshdodeja413
If your referring to 17:30 that silicon, then yes I did remove it.

How was winter storage and wear and tear ?
My big worry is scratched up wicker. I wonder if material/nylon and cushions are the better bet.
Hi howardthompson5349 so far it's all good. All winter is was felt out and only covered by its own canopy. No issues so far. Thanks for watching!!
@@howardthompson5349 I'm sure any type of cushion between you and the wicker would be better then nothing. We don't use anything between use and the wicker is holding up so far.
Step 30, ours was waayyy off and couldn’t slide down into the slot. 🤬
Hi jesseostone386
That's a pain!! Sorry to hear that. All that work and it doesn't slide down.
Thanks for watching!!
Lookin hot babe
Ours also couldn't slide down.. 😡 it was so tight..
