- Technically we already covered this, but it took me a while to figure out my new video editing software. Here's the actual physical construction video installing the the tail components on my WAR Aircraft replicas 1/2 scale (technically 60% scale) Curtis P40 Warhawk!

When fitting the plywood parts, just cut the corner notches out taller. The width can stay the same. It's not going to hurt to cut the notches out more to get them in place. When you get to the inside floor pieces, you will run into the same thing, as well as the seat back, and seat floor.
@@Dynodon64 that's pretty much what I ended up doing
I really enjoy your videos as well as DynoDon's, I can see myself building a war bird one day.
@danmccollister4840 glad to hear it! I'm just glad someone is enjoying the videos! Makes it worth learning the filming and editing sides!
@@downrangewarbirds I’ve been trying to locate the wood for the construction, it looks like it’s going to be a challenge! Lol
@danmccollister4840 aircraft spruce has been my go to. They do..however sometimes forget you have an order and will not finish or pack it if you don't call and bug the snot out of them. My first lumber load took almost 6 months. My most recent was 2.5 and I had to bug the heck out of them cus they told me 3 weeks initially.
What scale are you building please
