So my thoughts on an AU to match this. Izuku and Bakugou still know each other in childhood but Deku couldn't take the bullying early on. So when he turned 14, he tried to end his life on a bridge but Mori ended up finding Deku.Mori takes him in and with everything that goes on Bakugo just thinks Deku was too scared to go to school and thought nothing of it. Once Izuku turned 15 he officially joined the Mafia under Mori's care still leading a double life and at 16 becomes a Mafia executive meeting Chuuya. Due to Chuuya's short temper it reminded Deku of Bakugo so he teased and made fun of Chuuya to cope with the bullying Bakugo put on him but didn't push it too far. At 17 during UA exams, Deku joins due to a mission and was successful in gaining AllMight's quirk even getting a newer power from that same quirk "No Longer Human". At 22, Izuku quits being a hero, joining the ADA and becoming a Detective. As for the small details: Since Izuku was raised quirk less he truly though he was no longer human because he didn't fit in with society. Inko, Izuku's mother didn't support Izuku's Mafia life and had a hunch of it but kept quiet and made sure to keep him safe (partly). Odasaku was something Izuku used for a father figure since Izuku grew up with none, but when Odasaku died. Deku was more saddened since Oda was the only person he was emotionally close with. (Hope I laid this out good?)
I HAVE AN IDEAAA so u can tell that he already had a quirk which was nullifying and tell his age when he joined the port mafia and show how he was abusedd I think it's pretty goood
Is it safe to say that based on 3:59 its ok to assume that its either Dazai's undercover or went to UA after oda died to try to be in the good side but it didn't work out so he decides to be in ADA since they're showing the future and stuff. And that bakugo only knows deku/dazai on UA

Idk maybe the personality, good look, his complex personality and how interesting it can be for being mysterious for almost making everything that happens in BSD is planned by him, well I missing more interesting thins of him but that is for me what make him so popular in the fandom and what I see in my perspective that make Dazai a good character but it does depend on each person.
