This video clarified for me what BPak has been saying about this particular technique. I just kicked my own ass doing lats. The isolation is like nothing else I've done for my back. Thanks for the awesome guidance in all of your videos BPak! And thanks for posting this Dorian!

relatively new to this whole thing but i watched the Olympia, saw Valerie then, and have been a fan ever since. love the hard work you put in for both your clients and the community at large!

Phenomenal content brother. I’m glad you/Ben and others are showing people correct biomechanics as well as debunking myths like “variety for the sake of variety builds muscle”.
Hopefully more people view this content and learn how to maximally load the said muscle they are trying to work and leave their ego at the door.

I get confused at when to retract the shoulder blades. It seems like all push/pull movements benefit from retracting shoulder blades. Is that true?

Great content, love putting science into training. I see you don't do much chest supported rows. Are those not as effective? I feel like that would help reduce the cheating or compensational movements most people make.

Your other leg video with Ben was great at covering hack squats. It would be really cool to watch Ben train Valerie & Dorian on squatting technique....so I I can copy what you're doing! Mine needs improvement for sure.

Seems that being named Dorian at birth equals being a bad ass bodybuilder.

I've tried working gout like this for a while... Slowly squeezing muscles, feeling burn in 'em... And, honestly, 0 results! Don't know. I like this style, but it doesn't give me progress. Probably, it doesn't work for natties.

There's way more going on here then just doing slow reps...if thats all your takeaway is...thats probably why you didnt make progress

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
    John 3:36
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
    Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭23
Jesus Christ is the only way, seek Him while He may be found, before it’s too late, tomorrow is never promised.
