buddy recommend some body weight exercises for every muscle group that could be done at home with dumbels and resistance band and beginner freindy for progressively overloading and their proper form many guys will need this cause most of the guys watching you are teenagers like me new to this and dont have that muscle mind connection and form and whose parents dont allow gym and dont have more than 45- 50 mins to do exercise every day ( i am 14 btw)
The most imp thing in this is nutrition ...bhai agr tum khana acche se nahi kha rahe if ur overtraning and under nutrition then it's more harmful ... It's not adviced to workout 7days without getting min nutrition...agr kar rahe ho toh sambhal ke karna coz I have done it and wased 2 months of progress for traning 7days a week and not giving body what it deserves after a heavy workout ...baki it's your choise to distroy or get distroyed☺️

Quit bullshitting, bro. You definitely need at least 1 rest day for muscle recovery. Acting tough isn't the solution to be masculine. Just accept that you need rest and you have weaknesses too, and accept that the same is the case with your audience. For me personally, I require 2 rest days because of shitty recovery cycle, and that's fine. Mera nature hai recovery ka.
