Could you please add English subtitles for non-telugu people? Being a Prabhas fan, I have now learnt some Telugu watching his movies, but could understand the story in bits & pieces only. Baahubali was my foray into Telugu cinema. Was working in Hyd when the movie came, & there was such a high buzz. I went to this single screen theatre with my sister & friends, the movie was in telugu, had difficulty in understanding. But, what a fun experience it was. Ppl shouting everywhere, we not able to listen much but still enjoying the movie. Since then, though I moved out of the Telugu heartland, it still resides in my heart along with Prabhas 😍😊🔥💥

I really want this film to work. Because, the trailer and the promotional content have raised curiosity about the Indian mythology among the west and among the Indians as well. Even I spent past 8 years outside of Andhra and as you said other state people always mocked telugu movies (especially movies of big stars). In visual aspects kalki is outstanding by seeing the trailer itself but the emotional connect should be so strong when it comes to experiment, because while u r experimenting something the balance should not go one side because here our itihas also included so the other side emotions should balance as equal as experiments, Hope nag Ashwin has capability to pick emotions from the story very well ....as you mentioned bahubali,RRR the majority those are visually so good but the base and underlying point is always emotional connect to each and every scene 🙏 so all the best to kalki team Now Our transition from Telugu film industry to bollywood film industry to Indian film industry to international film industry 🎉
watching bahubali in theatres was very special experience..punjab lo undevadni appudu..i loved the film in the first watch..movie chusaka aa high asalu taggaledu..for 2-3 days..so malli second time vellina theatre ki..ticket counter ki ticket kondamani veltunte..oka non-telugu person daggarikochii.."by mistake nenu telugu version ki teeskunna hindi anukuni, can u buy this ani adigadu "sarele ani teeskunna..naa pakkana vere gang ochi kurchunnaru..vallalo oka non-telugu ammayi undi..dialogues ardam kavatle tanaki..so she was asking her telugu friend to explain and then she was reacting to the scene..she was enjoying it max infact better than her telugu friends..that was very beautiful experience and proud moment..strongly hoping kalki does something similar across the world irrespective of telugu or non telugu audience!!

I am big Telugu cinema fanatic.. kind of pichi Telugu cinema ante.. I have watched greatest of great movies through out but none of our directors could not impress even our neighbors, but what started from 2015 is just soul satisfying, Hatsoff to Rajamouli for Baahubali 1, and another such impact is created by ArjunReddy, to an extent Mahanati, Pushpa, Karthikeya 2.. Telugu people at golden globes, Spielberg and Cameron praising SSR, Nani movies are being watched across the country.. Wow.. Can’t ask for more.. may be one more wish.. Vintage Trivikram hitting it out of the park..

Unlike most others, the promotional material of Kalki worked for me. Especially Bujji & Bhairava animated series & the second release trailer. It set the right expectations for the genre. However I wish they did more interviews in Hindi market & other states. A film, probably franchise of this magnitude has the potential to generate many theories, imterpretarions etc. Makers could have done a better job of fanning this flame instead of just taking Bujji on a road trip. Still I am positive about it. All's well that ends well & I want this to work big. My only worry is how will this genre be received by Mass pockets. In Hindi, another west inspired movie, Fighter didn't hit big despite being a reasonably good movie. Same worry for Kalki. Lets see what Naagi & Team did 🤞🤞. I am catching the 5:15 AM show at Asian M Cube Mall Attapur 😊
Kalki has sooo much depth in the story and there is invisible equivalent weight on it's shoulders because telugu cinema has not had a great start this year and it was dull throughout the year till now and we as the best cinema going audience deserve a big cinema which makes us go gaga in the theatre. Kalki also has the responsibility to make people shut their traps who said that telugu makers can never make a big budget or a great movie if not for rajamouli garu. Ofcourse we are proud of the great rajamouli sir but we need new blood in the game as well to take up the mantle. Kalki should also be an answer to all the people who said "prabhas lost his career after adipurush, he is not able to act". After this long message, to sum it all up all i have to say "Nagi and Darling have the jo of saving telugu cinema and showing what we can do to the world."
Man as a Telugu having and had North Indian friends who just make fun of our industry in a very intellectual way as if their industry is so Marvel or something and they just used to call South Indians ingorant of art and south industry is just for fools who don't know the art of films , just become of those illogical, physics law breaking action, it really did hurt me as a Telugu when they mad fun our industry I was just overwhelmed by the hatred that i couldn't counter them with the symbolism, morals they give us and couldn't even state them movies with real depth and versatility ,As a kid like a 10 - 12 year old i used to think that tollywood is more versatile than bollywood I can stay that we my chest that its infact a fact , more versatile than bollywood with political, spiritual, horror, romance, art , historical, bring social problems and comedy into light ( not just running movie on trust of song like them , which they might call art 🤙)but the problem was they just applied the same templete or same formula to attract mass audiance which may maybe made those people who just watch all Hollywood films because they know the bollywood ain't gonna put up something new and creative and judge and criticise the growth of south industry especially Tollywood, they really be just judging the whole industry whole south industry make them ignorant of the art and symbolism and morals that they give kinda sad but *Once KAMAL HASSAN said* : * Hatred just blinds the person to not see the good things* I think it's right because, when i recommend them to watch Kalki trailer they were like i better watch The fall guy , and they hate RRR for its action , but ignored the intense emotion, Cinematography , detailing, sets , acting,really sad that they are just blinded by the hatred.I hope Tollywood would be the second most best film making industry by the end of this decade or maybe end. In visual aspects kalki is outstanding by seeing the trailer itself but the emotional connect should be so strong when it comes to experiment, because while u r experimenting something the balance should not go one side because here our itihas also included so the other side emotions should balance as equal as experiments, Hope nag Ashwin has capability to pick emotions from the story very well ....as you mentioned bahubali,RRR the majority those are visually so good but the base and underlying point is always emotional connect to each and every scene 🙏 so all the best to kalki team Now Our transition from Telugu film industry to bollywood film industry to Indian film industry to international film industry 🎉

watching bahubali in theatres was very special experience..punjab lo undevadni appudu..i loved the film in the first watch..movie chusaka aa high asalu taggaledu..for 2-3 days..so malli second time vellina theatre ki..ticket counter ki ticket kondamani veltunte..oka non-telugu person daggarikochii.."by mistake nenu telugu version ki teeskunna hindi anukuni, can u buy this ani adigadu "sarele ani teeskunna..naa pakkana vere gang ochi kurchunnaru..vallalo oka non-telugu ammayi undi..dialogues ardam kavatle tanaki..so she was asking her telugu friend to explain and then she was reacting to the scene..she was enjoying it max infact better than her telugu friends..that was very beautiful experience and proud moment..strongly hoping kalki does something similar across the world irrespective of telugu or non telugu audience!!

I am big Telugu cinema fanatic.. kind of pichi Telugu cinema ante.. I have watched greatest of great movies through out but none of our directors could not impress even our neighbors, but what started from 2015 is just soul satisfying, Hatsoff to Rajamouli for Baahubali 1, and another such impact is created by ArjunReddy, to an extent Mahanati, Pushpa, Karthikeya 2.. Telugu people at golden globes, Spielberg and Cameron praising SSR, Nani movies are being watched across the country.. Wow.. Can’t ask for more.. may be one more wish.. Vintage Trivikram hitting it out of the park..

Unlike most others, the promotional material of Kalki worked for me. Especially Bujji & Bhairava animated series & the second release trailer. It set the right expectations for the genre. However I wish they did more interviews in Hindi market & other states. A film, probably franchise of this magnitude has the potential to generate many theories, imterpretarions etc. Makers could have done a better job of fanning this flame instead of just taking Bujji on a road trip.
Still I am positive about it. All's well that ends well & I want this to work big. My only worry is how will this genre be received by Mass pockets.
In Hindi, another west inspired movie, Fighter didn't hit big despite being a reasonably good movie. Same worry for Kalki.

Kalki has sooo much depth in the story and there is invisible equivalent weight on it's shoulders because telugu cinema has not had a great start this year and it was dull throughout the year till now and we as the best cinema going audience deserve a big cinema which makes us go gaga in the theatre. Kalki also has the responsibility to make people shut their traps who said that telugu makers can never make a big budget or a great movie if not for rajamouli garu. Ofcourse we are proud of the great rajamouli sir but we need new blood in the game as well to take up the mantle. Kalki should also be an answer to all the people who said "prabhas lost his career after adipurush, he is not able to act". After this long message, to sum it all up all i have to say "Nagi and Darling have the jo of saving telugu cinema and showing what we can do to the world."

Man as a Telugu having and had North Indian friends who just make fun of our industry in a very intellectual way as if their industry is so Marvel or something and they just used to call South Indians ingorant of art and south industry is just for fools who don't know the art of films , just become of those illogical, physics law breaking action, it really did hurt me as a Telugu when they mad fun our industry I was just overwhelmed by the hatred that i couldn't counter them with the symbolism, morals they give us and couldn't even state them movies with real depth and versatility ,As a kid like a 10 - 12 year old i used to think that tollywood is more versatile than bollywood I can stay that we my chest that its infact a fact , more versatile than bollywood with political, spiritual, horror, romance, art , historical, bring social problems and comedy into light ( not just running movie on trust of song like them , which they might call art 🤙)but the problem was they just applied the same templete or same formula to attract mass audiance which may maybe made those people who just watch all Hollywood films because they know the bollywood ain't gonna put up something new and creative and judge and criticise the growth of south industry especially Tollywood, they really be just judging the whole industry whole south industry make them ignorant of the art and symbolism and morals that they give kinda sad but *Once KAMAL HASSAN said* :

I think it's right because, when i recommend them to watch Kalki trailer they were like i better watch The fall guy , and they hate RRR for its action , but ignored the intense emotion, Cinematography , detailing, sets , acting,really sad that they are just blinded by the hatred.I hope Tollywood would be the second most best film making industry by the end of this decade or maybe end.
