I can tell you I'd rather see over designed Power Ranger (Super Sentai) style villains than second rate Mario villain knockoffs. And like Power Rangers, Sonic fights a lot of Kaiju. "break" with no plans to come back, does this means Surge and Kit now are in a race against time to figure out how to maintain their upgrades? specially Surge, since her enhancements are directly related with movement, and things that are in constant use can deteriorate faster.

Hmm… The Starline Isekai adventures sound fun, but how would that same concept translate to RPGs and their plots? Platformer villains like Bowser, Wily and Eggman are «designed» to be easily defeatable. But RPG villains tend to be written to be more «competent» or have more cohesive plans at least. Unless they are shadowy forces like Sephiroth or the like. Would probably takes a bit of the fun out of inserting Starline into things I can imagine...

Hey Ian, i've been wondering.. in issue 3 of impostor syndrome, Starline mentions that he's the only one who can maintain Surge's and Kit's enhancements. So now that starline is taking a... "break" with no plans to come back, does this means Surge and Kit now are in a race against time to figure out how to maintain their upgrades? specially Surge, since her enhancements are directly related with movement, and things that are in constant use can deteriorate faster.

Hmm… The Starline Isekai adventures sound fun, but how would that same concept translate to RPGs and their plots? Platformer villains like Bowser, Wily and Eggman are «designed» to be easily defeatable. But RPG villains tend to be written to be more «competent» or have more cohesive plans at least. Unless they are shadowy forces like Sephiroth or the like. Would probably takes a bit of the fun out of inserting Starline into things I can imagine...

technically Based on TailsTube#2 when eggman speaks about forces as his last conquest or whatever, that would put TSR before forces. Unless something down the line places it after forces
The word he used was "campaign", which can either mean "an organized course of action to achieve a goal" or "a series of military operations intended to achieve a particular objective". If the former was meant, then it kinda fits, but if he meant the latter, then TSR could still take place after Forces.

@@lerona.martyr3811 I've spent too much time in my life wondering about stuff like "what happened to Blaze at the end of 06". I am so very thankful that we have the comics and TailsTube (at least it gives some semblance of an answer) to elaborate on that stuff. We wouldn't know why the Wisps are suddenly on Sonic's world, why a phantom Metal Sonic was used in the place of the real thing, what happened to G.U.N. etc.
