I have the ones that you buy and they work amazing! If your too lazy to put lipstick on in the morning put it on the night before but before you go to sleep peel it off and in the morning it will look the same. It works great

DO NOT do it with chapped lips. You will end up with ripped screwed up lips.

Well in general with lip tattoos, if your lips are chapped, it'll definitely make that waaaaay more noticeable. And, unfortunately, kind of add to the dryness. I have ridiculously chapped lips, and no matter what I do, all lip tattoo products make it look like my lips are all cut up. xD
To help exfoliate and get rid of dry skin, try using sugar mixed with olive oil and rub between your lips. I always do it right before applying lipsticks and it helps a bunch!
