- This video is not a graphic. I uploaded a driving video in the past and many people liked it. This time, I collected the videos I was driving on a rainy day and uploaded the video for about 6 hours by repeating playback. Many people have requested a long video version.
The sound of rain in the car on a rainy day helps you sleep a lot. The sound of the city and the sound of rain are mixed to create a very good white noise.

It's amazing how many people are comforted by the rain. How many of us remember the cloudy days with anticipation instead of sadness, because we were cozy indoors waiting to see if we'd get even a short shower pinging against our windows. How many of us have memories of long car rides where we fell asleep to the radio, or to the simple background noise created by rain and car heaters and our family members talking in the background.
Life is good, sometimes. And it's nice to know that we share it together.
It always reminds me of Tacoma when I was up there as a kid. Being able to spend time with mom if she wasn't working and having the fireplace or the heater on during the winter. Don't get much rain here now, but when it does, I look forward to it. Hoping the next few months will be very wet

Edit: for everyone saying "it gets worse, you're just a kid" I know, that's why I'm sad. I'm struggling so much and I am well aware that it will get harder and I know I won't be able to handle it. This is a comment yearning for the past, we can all relate to that. It's not a competition to see who has struggled more.
Edit 2: I see people asking how I'm doing since I posted this comment so long ago and the short answer is I'm doing better. The longer answer is that I got on what feels like the right meds, I have a great therapist who's helping me with my depression, but my day to day life is still shit. I'm not actively suicidal anymore but I don't exactly want to live you know? I'm not gonna spout some bs about how life is worth living cause it really doesn't feel like it right now but thanks for all the encouragement. If I get better I might update this comment again idfk, toodles

They took the google maps route. I had google try to give me directions to a friend's house I'd never visited before, about 15 min. away, and the frickin' thing legitimately tried to tell me to drive in an hour-and-a-half circle around the city to get there. I told it to f*ck off

Oh how dreamy! I’m stretched out in the back seat with a cozy blanket, being rocked by the car movements. The rain is the lullaby. Mom and Dad are talking low in front. I feel safe and loved.

My dad passed away 23 years ago and I still remember how cozy and safe I used to be while he drove us. The pain does not disappear but we learn how to deal and live with it.

The feeling of my mom's scarf draped over me as a blanket, the smell of the leftovers we brought home in their little cardboard boxes, the sound of my sister snoring beside me... It almost feels like I'm ten years old, my thoughts falling into incoherence as I drift into sleep, praying that that last turn never comes so I never have to get out of the car. Watching this sent me back in time, just for a second.

For everyone feeling melancholy, it's ok to reminisce about the past sometimes, but it is life, and it is unfair, we all move on to better things so as to not dwell on the past. For it's the world we are trying to change, not the past.

I just found out my grandpa died. It's 1:30am and I can't sleep from crying. This video is helping me calm down a little, it's so peaceful. I imagine my grandpa is embarking on a great journey now, may he travel safely and end up in a better place.

As a child, one of my favorite moments of the day was watching the landscape on the window of my dad's car at night while listening to music on my earphones, we used to go to my grandmother's house every weekend and it was a long ride, so I was pretty happy at that moment. I could imagine stories while looking at the rain, the lights, people walking, etc. and I loved it. Now my dad and my grandmother are gone forever, and these moments are never coming back again. Now, watching the window of other people's cars doesn't feel the same, so this video brought back many memories to me, thank you...
It's odd to me how comforting this is. I'm actually going to Korea and seeing it from this perspective makes me realize it really is just like anywhere else and it won't feel foreign to me forever 💕

I remember when we, my dad, mom, older brother and I were traveling to different countries for a whole year. We traveled through Europe, visiting countries that we wanted. The cold mornings with a cup of coffee or tee, while we sat on the porch of the bus, looking at the amazing views. The warm nights where we would have barbeque nights and laugh all through the night. All the people we met, all the sites we saw. And then, the trip to going home. It rained all the way through, and me and my brother played games and had so much fun doing literally nothing. Those little things will be one of my best memories when I look back at them.

When I was little, my grandma would often watch me while since my parents worked late. In the middle of the night they would wake me up and bring me home. Those rides were always so peaceful as I dozed back to sleep
평소에는 바빠서 제대로 즐기지 못했던 일상 속 힐링 사운드.... 가끔은 그냥 목적지 없이 버스 오래오래 타는 것도 즐거움....
Driving at night in a rainy city is the most wonderful feeling, brings me back to childhood, sitting in the back nodding off as the lights pass by, your parents chattering the in front and the radio playing softly as you make your way home from your grandparents house.

Every time I’ve gone to bed the past year and a half hasn’t been the same. Constant waking up, even if I get a full nights sleep, it just didn’t satisfy my exhaust. Thank you man, I struggle with depression and other illnesses and things, they all attack my body and at this point, I haven’t felt comfort in so long. This video brought me back to the golden days of my childhood, my body had constant goosebumps. I had a smile throughout my sleep (until I was unconscious) and when I woke up, I felt great. Once again, thanks for this video, it’s medicine for me, hopefully for others as well.

I miss night drives through the rain as a kid so much, especially from my grandparents house a few hours away. I don’t think there’s anything in the world that’s more soothing. It gave me such a calm and safe feeling as I’d close my eyes in the back seat covered by a blanket, warmed with the heat on as the cold rain pattered outside the windows, dozing off to the radio quietly playing. Watching this video made me so nostalgic and think of truly how quickly time goes by. I feel so safe, cozy and relaxed when I watch your videos. I feel like I’m really there again. I miss driving my busted mazda at night. Even though I hate driving at night when it's raining, I miss that so much. Sometimes I just got in my car and drove around town for a bit to be with myself and my thoughts, figuring out stuff or maybe calling a friend to join me. I hope I can experience this again soon 🥺
It has literally always been my biggest dream to be rich enough to have someone on hire to drive me around the city while i sleep whenever I want. This is almost exactly like that.

I am from Ukraine, because of the war we had to leave, we traveled by car for a very long time, and our car was the only thing that reminded us of home, we traveled for almost a month, but now that we are in another country and we are not moving anywhere (we moved like 10 times in different countries🥲), when I listen to this sound, it seems to me that we are driving a car with my family and a little more and we will return home ..:)

I miss being a kid, going every where with my family
Watching the side view of the window is so nostalgic to me. Reminds me of the time my family would have outings in our car and we'd be driving home late at night and all I'd see is the passing of lights and fee shops and stuff. Nothing else stuck in my head from those trips, just the car rides home in the dark but I loved them more then anything. I miss them.

really reminds me of how my dad drives us during road trips.. the longest being 6 hrs. i only realised that i should really appreciate them now even if all the memories i have of us driving are kinda sad bc of my parents arguing in the background 🤩 anyways it reminds me of how i used to wear my headphones and just rest my hesd for a while while i listen to the car running across the driveway at 4am. it’s so calming and nice i can just be in my own head for a while and think about how i can improve myself in my life or just think of scenarios about life.
