The result of the test says that David has a problem and it is not possible to have a child. For further examination, it is necessary to visit a specialist doctor and perform more advanced tests.
Upon hearing this news, Akram is very worried and upset. She tells David to break up with her because she wants to have kids and that's David's problem. David tries to calm him down and comfort him, but Akram continues to cry and says that David's mother teased him about why he can't have children when the problem is with David and he should break up with him because he wants to have children himself. .
Then they go to a restaurant and David eats, but Akram has no appetite and does not eat. Then they go to the shop and buy some food and return home. Akram is very upset and angry and tells David that he wants to go to his father's house. David says if it's his problem, then he'll go to the hospital to fix it
A person named Sakineh enters and asks about the matter. He tries to comfort Akram and tells him that David is curable. David's mother also enters and asks about it in tears. David says that his mother caused these problems because they have been married for four months and it has not been a year yet. He notes that some people take up to 10 or 20 years to have children.
Akram threatens to either commit suicide or go somewhere where no one will find him. At this point, the story ends and the audience of the video may comment on the process and daily life of the two characters to reach a solution and further guidance.

I can see Akram never loved you, if so it wouldn't matter if you had children or not. When my wife and I married we couldn't have kids and I tested with a low sperm count, about 6 years later we tried adopting and guess what she ended up pregnant after 54 years we have 3 kids and 8 grandchildren so if you love David take your time and if all your interested in is a Baby right away, my advice to let David not let the door hit you on the way out.
