I'm using version 5.70.0 version of the software for the OSC48xx. It has been updated and it says that it decodes RS485. However, there is no documentation on how to actually connect up the hardware and setup the software to perform the decoding. Do you have any hints?
Yes, I think considering the cost- and benefits of these scopes, they are very good. Get the high-end ones (like the OSC482, still much cheaper than a full bench-top scope) that can be their own signal processing instead of passing that function to the computer.

Is the app for the computer available to download for sending serial data. Thanks . Great video
Cool video. Are these loto scope any good? - not too bothered about the logic analyzer aspect
