    Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Very helpful. I would love to see more training on other Genially products, like creating games, or using the different accessories like S'cape, dobble.

    I'm really looking forward to your next video. I'd like to see a drag and drop that connects specific answers. There seem to be a lot of videos in Spanish but not English.

      Hi! Thanks for watching and commenting. Genially is an AMAZING tool! Have you seen our complete Genially series on our channel. It has a lot of the tips and tricks I've learned when using Genially over the past few months. If you're interested, you can find all of the videos in the series here: ua-cam.com/play/PLB-K_ncZLdiOGDJQtkweaJOA4K4mhiSJy.html

    Thank you so much, but until now we don't know how will students access the presentation. Will there be a leader board for teachers to monitor the students progress. And would it be possible to check and correct their mistakes? Or it's only presentation that students can download and do away from the eye of teachers.

      Hi! Thanks for watching. Genially presentations are a great way to make learning fun for students but, there is no way for the teacher to see how the student is interacting with the presentation. In my previous Genially videos, I have recommended using it as a quick formative assessment to help students review what they just learned. If you want to see what students put on the slides, you could have them take a screen shot and send it to you.

    I think Genially is wonderful. As a TPT author, have you listed any of your Genially products on TPT? If so, is it easy for teachers to access the Genially lesson?

      Hi! Thanks for watching. I have not included Genially resources in my paid products but it would be easy to do.

    Hi. Thank you for the useful video, but I can't do drag and drop😢.
    I'd done everything following you and even saw one more video from another blogger, but when I move the object it goes bac to it's place and doesn't stuck where I need to put it. What's the problem?

      It sounds like something is going on with computer or browser. I would first try refreshing your cache. If that doesn't work, trying using a different browser.

    This is great, thanks so much! Is there any way to add a reaction to a drag and drop activity? I.e. a noise or pop up to show that it's the correct answer or not? This would be a really useful addition! :)

      Thank for watching and commenting! I have experimented with linking sound boxes and icons together so that a sound is made when students click on it. It works most of the time but students have to click exactly where the play button is located.

    I'm looking for a hangman game template but it seems there isn't any. Any ideas where to start with creating my own template?

      @Vestals21stCenturyClassroom  3 роки тому

      Hi! Thanks for watching and commenting. You can definitely use Genially to make a fun hangman game using Genially that I am sure your students will love. Have you seen the first video in our Genially series? It is all about how to use the various tools in Genially to get started. We also show examples of the different types of things you can do in Genially. That might give you some inspiration for getting started. You can find that video here: ua-cam.com/video/JoEm3wCfrEM/v-deo.html

    Thanks! Great information!
    Question: I have created a presentation on Genially for my students but what if I want to create a product to sell to other teachers on TPT, how do I upload it to my TPT store to sell? Thanks in advance.

    • @Vestals21stCenturyClassroom
      @Vestals21stCenturyClassroom  3 роки тому

      Hi! Thanks for watching. You would do the same thing with your Genially as you would if you were selling a Google Drive resource. You will need to link the Genially in a file and upload the file to your store.

    Is there a way to share this presentation offline such as a Power Point presentation?

    • @Vestals21stCenturyClassroom
      @Vestals21stCenturyClassroom  2 роки тому +1

      Yes, you can download the presentations to your computer and share offline. Most of these options require an upgraded plan.

    Would Genially be compared to Google Sites?

    • @Vestals21stCenturyClassroom
      @Vestals21stCenturyClassroom  3 роки тому

      Hi Patricia! Thanks for watching and commenting. Genially is a resource for creating interactive slide presentations, so I would say it is more comparable to Google Slides.

      @@Vestals21stCenturyClassroom Thank you. Do you have any tips for adding a genially to MS teams? I have not checked MS teams to see if genially needs admin approval. Is there a work around so that I can avoid that? Should sharing be through an email or chat? Also when sharing with students does anything need to changed as far as permissions to the students so that they could edit their own copy?

    • @Vestals21stCenturyClassroom
      @Vestals21stCenturyClassroom  3 роки тому

      @@dottiejones1510 I don't have much experience in working in MS Teams for teaching, so I am unable to give too much advice about admin approvals. I know if you go to "Share" and select the tab at the top that says "Others," there is an option to share directly in Teams. You should also be able to copy and paste the link to the Genially inside the Teams chat. Also, you do not need to change any permissions or settings for students to edit their own copy. By clicking the link, each student has their own copy. Keep in mind that Genially doesn't save responses. Hope this helps!
