Things that went wrong here, 4 tweeters & their positioning, wrong sub box, power & signal cables together, 7 band EQ while the head unit has it, amps also has crossovers , no sound deadening, running on 1 ohm without a big 3 upgrade, box not a tuned one so welcome to a boomy bass... things that are great : equipment even though some were not needed like 7 band EQ etc. I'm open for discussion but my advice is , take it to the experienced dealership with the same equipment and see how great it's going to sound.... a spec tuned box 35hz down will be deep and plays lows lekker, people tend to change subs when the problem is the box... 7 band EQ is already power demanding... turn it up a bit and see how the lights will start dimming .... otherwise your humor makes the video nice... but again it goes with what the customer wants !!

Any signal whine at low volume? A shop in Port Shepstone ran my RCA and power down the same side and on low volume there is whine and I had to turn the gain right down to not hear it, when I have time I'm going to run the RCA's down the drivers side myself and see if that helps.
Howzit OG . The rms is maximum wattage a subwoofer can constantly play at . And the max power wattage is the peak power a subwoofer can push . But they usually speculate wrong g number , so for example a sub will be 6000w but that is really impossible

For the best results buy a CEA 2016 certified amp… That way you get tru RMS figures not max power fake figures

The deck had a crack on screen, so we changed it
I once sat in a customers car he had d.ds d.d amp it was tiny size of a glaxy s23 ultra oh little bigger but damn that amp pushes those subs 12 inch 2 of those subs where so loud that you know in some videos you see bass flowing in the camera yeah this was real you could see the ground moving

Ekse OG that clothe tape they used is not for the engine bay. It's for inside the cab. There's another tape that's used for the Engine. It's called textile tape. It has a higher temp. Range. The tape they used is meant for noise dampening... it's used inside the cab.
It doesn't really matter, it does the job and protects the cable.

The equalizer was unnecessary cos most modern amps have the HPF and LPF… you coulda just gone for a bass knob instead of that EQ

Starsound 6900.1 actually make more power than Starsound 22000.1,they should've changed the ohm sub to 1ohm before they changed the monoblock but it is what it is.
