i am using salesforce for about 5 years now. i even lead the development and integration. it does some things well but it lacks in so many areas. i wouldnt be surprised at all, if salesforce gets huge problems in the coming years to justify their pricing strategy. im ok with the solutions, but thats about it.

Old SW is Dead. First came Cloud. Now Cloud is AI. AI is the new SW. Old SW will still be around but growth days are over.

AI has already replaced these companies. It is only matter of time till market learn how to use super cheap AI and bypass CRM.
Salesforce products are crap.
But the economy is booming!?
Only in certain sectors benefiting from the conflicts 😅
