It’s a black stereotype but actually black guys do that a lot, it’s hilarious because you find yourself doing that when you’re among friends, jumping, leaning against the wall or simply overreacting to every dumb thing we find funny.

I think it's a black thing. For whatever reason (maybe they don't want to show emotion?) some black dudes stifle their laugh like that. K&P are just making fun of it. K&P used to make youtube skits called "Vandaveon and Mike Fix Key & Peele " where you can see something similar with black dudes laughing.
