      Yes, you can.
      Well the appropriate amount of eggs makes it crunchy, while too much eggs make it to suck and soak oil. No eggs makes it a kind of strong.

    Is 2kg 2 mudus or 2 dericas? Can I use this recipe for business?

      No. Just get a measuring cup and measure 16 cups flat surface, that’s 2kg. If you buy 2 mudu from the market sometimes you can get 18 to 19 cups depending. So just get the measuring cup, it comes in set and it’s not so expensive. Yes you can use it for business.
