Traveling is great education for kids. I’m really enjoying your travel videos!
I'm with local law enforcement in my area and I just wanted to tell you that it really isn't safe to have the kids car seats connected to that wood bench that was built in the RV instead of to an actual vehicle seat. The reason is because an actual vehicle seat has a cushion and fabric which sort of "hugs" a car seat and holds it in place. But when the car seat is on top of a piece of wood, there is nothing that holds it in place like that and so it can easily slide out of place or even fall down for that reason.
I can tell you tried to avoid showing how the seats were set up in this video, but I'm not an idiot and neither are the others who have viewed this video. Please just do the right thing and set those seats up properly on a proper seat inside the vehicle. If you can't do that with kids in an RV then you shouldn't drive them around in it. You have the chance to remedy the situation now though.

My brother and I got to go to a farm team baseball game in Salem, Oregon in the 1950's. My mom was coming to pick up us when she heard on the radio that a boy had caught the greased pig. Mom thought to herself she hoped it wasn't my brother. It was. So my dad had to build a makeshift pen for it until he could take it out to a farm the next day.
No better way to do what you've been wanting to do than to just DO IT, and y'all are doing it! Fun times!
Nothing more breathtaking than God’s creation. I’ve been to Jackson Hole WY and loved it. It’s a tourist town and the place where lots of people go to ski. You’re going to love it. Have fun, be safe, especially with the kids. God bless!!
