Honestly i dont like podcasts or streams but this one i vibe with surprisingly. I feel like if i was in the same room, i wouldnt feel anxious about needing to talk/entertain. I really like this stream. I was building my first keyboard with this stream as my guide cause i got a pink ikki 68 aurora r2 too. 1000/10 would recommend for chill vibes 👌
Silicone is pretty good to damp sound. Its dense and soft. But butyl is softer and denser and is the standard for silencing automobiles. Silicone might last longer without degradation and it can be poured but it would be interesting to try butyl sheets in a budget keyboard. Also if phillips bits slip, check if the head of the screw has a dot punched into it. Japan made cross point screws under their own jis standard that arent compatible with usa phillips and they are identified with a dot on the head. The auto industry later made cross compatible screws and drivers that say iso or din which are approximately the same but defined by different regulatory agencies and are more compatible with jis and phillips than jis and phillips are with each other. If you're bits say ph they may not work on jis screws but if they say iso or din they may. There are also others like pozidrive and torqset. Pozi screws may have an extra cross marked into the heads rotated 45degrees to make it more obvious that they are not regular crosspoints like phillips or jis or iso or din.

If not they def should since they usually offer alot of ad ons. Best plastic board imo. Agree that key set is dope but that space bar ruins it They should of just did the clouds on the enter key.. I dont even like mix color spacebars, shit should flow and be solid imo.
So will WS be doing this again next fall-ish? Is that the aprox spacing on their GBs? I totally missed this one and my god I'm mad (also, I want this but with an all aluminum case! - that would be end game enough for me ♥)
Really don't understand why they did not give us the option to buy FR4 round one plate.. i got R1 want to buy a wireless version for me and one for my girl. so two more.. but the plates really worry me..

Keybored uses butyl dampener in many videos to dampen sound, works like a charm from what I can see

Just use a small screw driver for stabs it’s way easier than the wowstick. Just be sure it’s magnetic.

With the wowstick there’s 3 tubes right and usually Philips are in the first tube. If you have 3 tubes they must be in at least one of them.
