    Dunking does fit well with gaming I have 2000 hours in PUBG and 1000 in fort and probably 1500 in Minecraft. All helped me to get a 45 inch vertical 👍

    Isaiah, I jump off my left foot for one leg jumps, which foot should be my block foot for 2 footed jumps, I normally use my left but several people say I could jump higher if I was the other way round, it just feel weird, I need some insight please

    How do I increase my work capacity, after a few sets of olympic lifts my body can’t move a fly and I know that to build the capacity I just do it more but how often and how much should I olympic lift to most effectively increase it.

      Keep smashing thru walls your ability to work will raise. Sometimes its what you are telling yourself but you don't know it. Focus.

    What does intensity mean? Does volume just mean weight?

    • @sobhannouri
      @sobhannouri Місяць тому +1

      Intensity means weight, volume is sets and reps

    • @Ar7Style87
      @Ar7Style87 Місяць тому

      @@sobhannouri No it does not. Intensity means how close you train to failure.

    • @sobhannouri
      @sobhannouri Місяць тому

      @@Ar7Style87 the closer you are to your failure the higher the weight would be🙂

    • @Ar7Style87
      @Ar7Style87 Місяць тому

      @@sobhannouri Okay, I would agree that it depends on the context. What I wanted to say is that regardless of the weight, as closer you train to failure the higher the intensity. Somebody with lack of any knowledge might get confused without context. :)

    • @sobhannouri
      @sobhannouri Місяць тому

      @@Ar7Style87 yeah intensity means intensity, it means it has to be hard af , so base on what you training for , intensity has different meanings, for us athlete it means weight because we're looking for force and power development, for someone else it could mean doing the same weight for higher reps or sets
