Lee, thank you. you are absolutely right. I've been no contact for a month with my ex narc of 5 years. I blocked him and he keeps trying to contact me by sending me messages from random numbers. I DON'T answer!!! I know that he's playing games and doesn't want anything but to harass me. Doesn't take accountability for none of the things that he's done. Yes, he tried to triangulate me with his ex. Funny thing is we don't know each other. He would tell me things that "she said about me" when he and I would get into an argument. He would pretend to hear noises & then act like I was crazy because I didn't hear the noises. He had 2 cell phones and would text himself and pretend to have to leave when I didn't pay him any attention. Cant make this stuff up. Smh!!!
Grrr...brought back memories of all my sibling did to my Mother. Once she passed away their evil was directed at me. My Mom slept in her own home with her wallet and car keys in her pocket as my sibling lived with her. Thanks for reminding me why I had to remove them from my life. We all need to be reminded of the all we endured due to our kind caring LOVING hearts.

I only started deep diving and learning about narcissists because of his strange unusual behavior that I COULD NOT understand. Then I learned about how the closest person gets treated the worst...I confirmed with 3 different people (by showing our conversations on how he treats me) that they NEVER seen him THAT bad. They were all also on and off friends with him, 2 of then even knew him long before I did and was the one who introduced us. Even though this is all online for the past 7 years, I can't believe how STRONG the behavior is and can now identify it as "Narcissist ". I can't stop learning 😂I need more

And every single time, he ALWAYS complains that he's the only one that does any work and all his bosses are idiots that don't know what they're doing...At 1st I thought it was a bad work field but now I'm think it was him the whole time 😏 He even was told he was being let go because of his "bad attitude ". He then complains that he wouldn't have a bad attitude if he worked with more competent employees....He's trying to get his red seal in carpentry but that requires him doing 4 years as a novice (which he became earlier this year) and he's got 1/4 more years to go. I hope he makes it but I never know what to expect with him. He did complete college for this job to better his chance so I certainly hope he pushes through his constant "I'm the victim " state and complaining -_-. I haven't even spoken to him since Early May (last fight because I held him accountable for causing his own mental and emotional torment)but I do want good for his life and resist the urge to SPAM HIM WITH EVERY VIDEO YOU MAKE! I literally just asked my person why they didn't get my messages. He blatantly lied to my face about how he didn't understand why. Showed me his phone and sat there with a straight face and convinced me, had me believing his lie. Then, this video popped on, about blocking and unblocking, and he laughed out loud. I looked at him and said you blocked me didn't you? All he could do was laugh. Just wow lol.

Lee I experienced my Toxic ex hiding my things, or throwing things away, deleting important texts and pics, he would also claim I took something of his. OMG😮😮 I would get so mad, because I hadn't moved anything of his. He would sound so convincing and say I know you took this out of the house or moved such and such. I had to laugh in this episode. Hard. Not in a bad way. I just got out of a relationship for the third time within a 10 year period. First time, I was going to college-psychology.. 😅 he destroyed me once and even worse the second going as far as a psych word visit. Im also a narsissist. Yet, I hold empathy, both cognitive and physical. I feel emotions from people to the strength I know when and what it surrounds. The thing is I can put myself in someone's shoes and feel for them, sure. Some more than others. Third time, I went into it with a very small bit if trust and emotion. That turned to dust in matter of 2.5 months when he got a phone cal on years day at 1 am, Sarah. Here it is. The shift haddent happened yet. Blah, blah bullshit from him. Month later ish, laying on the couch watching TV, doing nothing. There it was. Then the decorating of why you up stairs so long, I just laugh and say, because I want to... But.. Blahso I strar finding projects to do around his house where I stayed and halfway lived. Garden he left dormant, perfect, I started to work it on it and make it nice drew you some plans, etc. He took it over and was not allowed to do my ideas.. 😂 I laugh again. Same cycle as the first two times, so I'm like alright yes dear looks great, great job great ideas... Laughing knowing thoughs are my ideas. Getting to the point, when that girl called Sarah, I emotionally disconnected. And he felt it. First the arguing then back the love bombing. Name calling, didnt bother one bit, just rolled that crap off my shoulder and watch him go nuts, yelling, throwing a trantum😂😂 why I'm laughing at this episode is that he did it to me too. I'm on the phone making plans AFTER we break up with his best friends brother, which i was giving plenty of signals to camping in front of the my boyfriend, but not to much.. 😅 so I'm just setting things up just for the perfect time.. After of course we break, duh. Ghosts, you did this (still not knowing the big surprise), blocked. Cool, I call Pete up say hey! Couple months later, yep! I got the text. 😂😂. Im watching you this pod cast to maybe not want so much drama. Nah, i love it. But, i dont want to hurt other people by my actions and I have. I started to really like Pete, he seemed like a nice guy. And I didnt realize that till it was to late or maybe I just wasnt ready to let go of the one prior. That part sucks that I am my own crown of thorns sometimes. Your shows are very informative. They help ease both, the little bit of my suffering but mostly understanding, shiiiiiit!!! Hey thats exactly what she's doing I have a very strong feeling that she's around on my vicinity everytime came on my house dogs on my sorruonding barks... And one time 1 of my neighbor posted on her timeline that people around me has been bribed somewhat. That I think during that time that specific neighbor was not involve and figure the anomaly happened but I thought recently I was smeared also to her and bribed to her.. my intuition is something like this She might put up a wifi around my vicinity and people around who is beneficiary for free wifi access sponsored by my ex narc that's my idea... And he definitely would do the dog trigger all the time everytime i drive up ro the house him and his sister sitting on the porch he would say stuff to get a reaction and I woukd snap and go off play to much.
He triangulated me against his ex, and the new supply, but also my own mom. He also did it with flying monkeys by planting seeds in their heads. This one is a little different but kinda similar to the 4th one, but once I lost my AirPods and they were in the case and I couldn't find them. I asked him for help looking for them and he said that I could use the "Find My" app on my phone and that it works with the AirPods in the case. I just have to press a button and wait for a sound. He said he used it before. So, I crawled on the floor waiting for a sound for HOURS. I never found them. I later learned that you can't hear a sound if the AirPods are in the case. But he told me he did it before. I think that's also like gaslighting. For the dog whistling one, once he was with the new supply and he called me (triangulation too) and my mom came up in the conversation. (I was the last minute child and my mom had me at the age of 40, so I was always insecure and upset that I had older parents, which he knew.) and when I was on the phone he said, "How old is your mom again, like 80???" Dog whistles never worked on me. That's why I can laugh at them, especially knowing why he is saying them now.

This is eye opening. After leaving and not replying nor interacting with the narcissist. She said to me for the last time I was being shady and why I was being distant and weird. I simply stated there is things I was not okay with and what I did not like. She got mad and refused to take that answer

Lee I experienced my Toxic ex hiding my things, or throwing things away, deleting important texts and pics, he would also claim I took something of his. OMG😮😮 I would get so mad, because I hadn't moved anything of his. He would sound so convincing and say I know you took this out of the house or moved such and such. I never experienced the ghosting, the blocking, or the triangulation.
That means that a narcissist is really mentally sick in the head. I'm shocked about the whole hiding your belongings on purpose smh wow!

Yes. My ex erased screenshots and deleted messages. He also blocked women he was cheating on me with from my social media accounts and even logged in and was talking with a girl through my account.
Mine did that blocking shit early on until I kept calling him petty for it lmao I was in a long distance for 11 years

I had to laugh in this episode. Hard. Not in a bad way. I just got out of a relationship for the third time within a 10 year period. First time, I was going to college-psychology.. 😅 he destroyed me once and even worse the second going as far as a psych word visit. Im also a narsissist. Yet, I hold empathy, both cognitive and physical. I feel emotions from people to the strength I know when and what it surrounds. The thing is I can put myself in someone's shoes and feel for them, sure. Some more than others. Third time, I went into it with a very small bit if trust and emotion. That turned to dust in matter of 2.5 months when he got a phone cal on years day at 1 am, Sarah. Here it is. The shift haddent happened yet. Blah, blah bullshit from him. Month later ish, laying on the couch watching TV, doing nothing. There it was. Then the decorating of why you up stairs so long, I just laugh and say, because I want to... But.. Blahso I strar finding projects to do around his house where I stayed and halfway lived. Garden he left dormant, perfect, I started to work it on it and make it nice drew you some plans, etc. He took it over and was not allowed to do my ideas.. 😂 I laugh again. Same cycle as the first two times, so I'm like alright yes dear looks great, great job great ideas... Laughing knowing thoughs are my ideas. Getting to the point, when that girl called Sarah, I emotionally disconnected. And he felt it. First the arguing then back the love bombing. Name calling, didnt bother one bit, just rolled that crap off my shoulder and watch him go nuts, yelling, throwing a trantum😂😂 why I'm laughing at this episode is that he did it to me too. However, I just watching this your post cast, the shit that we did to each other... 😂 thing is I had one up on him maybe two, my eduction and that fact I already knew just 3 months in an almost 2 year(third time) time that he was a true and true narcissist. After Sarah... Challenge excepted. I did almost, well actually everything that would annoy that man to the point I knew the shift of when he was starting to talk to other girls, let's take a break, blah. What do I do? I went out and bought cameras, GPS (I didnt get to use those, bummer), had about 3 recording devices, 3 cameras, .. Your thinking crazy, here the deal, didnt care if I caught him. I just wanted to win. He's good at cover up let me tell you. In the end, I did end up catching. Here's the best, while he wanted a break and I gave it to him obviously knowing that he's with a girl.. I'm on the phone making plans AFTER we break up with his best friends brother, which i was giving plenty of signals to camping in front of the my boyfriend, but not to much.. 😅 so I'm just setting things up just for the perfect time.. After of course we break, duh. Ghosts, you did this (still not knowing the big surprise), blocked. Cool, I call Pete up say hey! Couple months later, yep! I got the text. 😂😂. Im watching you this pod cast to maybe not want so much drama. Nah, i love it. But, i dont want to hurt other people by my actions and I have. I started to really like Pete, he seemed like a nice guy. And I didnt realize that till it was to late or maybe I just wasnt ready to let go of the one prior. That part sucks that I am my own crown of thorns sometimes. Your shows are very informative. They help ease both, the little bit of my suffering but mostly understanding, shiiiiiit!!! I did all those things, exposed him, shame, but he deserved it!! It was pure revenge!! (The narcissist).he wasnt getting soul this time. I got his! But, Pete.. 😢 so listening for me and how to simmer down a bit. Understand myself a bit and next relationship, I can be good. Anyway, thanks

Hey thats exactly what she's doing I have a very strong feeling that she's around on my vicinity everytime came on my house dogs on my sorruonding barks... And one time 1 of my neighbor posted on her timeline that people around me has been bribed somewhat. That I think during that time that specific neighbor was not involve and figure the anomaly happened but I thought recently I was smeared also to her and bribed to her.. my intuition is something like this

He shows soo many signs of covert narcissistic but then after not talking to me, come and play like he is trying to be sincere while talking to me but its my fault because such and such and i just don't listen to him supposedly. I have funny story my ex-husband narc would get mad at me and guess whatvhe put my number under scam-likely he did so much until.he lie one day and my number wouldn't come up we was back talking he would say man something wrong with his phone I took him to boost moblie he telling her something wrong with his phone when I call my number wouldn't show up the lady went through his phone and found out telling him it wasn't nothing wrong with his phone why you got her on block he was embrass knowing Gooden well he had me on block crazy that was wrong with them. Yes do stupid stuff on purpose to you. And he definitely would do the dog trigger all the time everytime i drive up ro the house him and his sister sitting on the porch he would say stuff to get a reaction and I woukd snap and go off play to much.
He triangulated me against his ex, and the new supply, but also my own mom. He also did it with flying monkeys by planting seeds in their heads.
This one is a little different but kinda similar to the 4th one, but once I lost my AirPods and they were in the case and I couldn't find them. I asked him for help looking for them and he said that I could use the "Find My" app on my phone and that it works with the AirPods in the case. I just have to press a button and wait for a sound. He said he used it before. So, I crawled on the floor waiting for a sound for HOURS. I never found them. I later learned that you can't hear a sound if the AirPods are in the case. But he told me he did it before. I think that's also like gaslighting.
For the dog whistling one, once he was with the new supply and he called me (triangulation too) and my mom came up in the conversation. (I was the last minute child and my mom had me at the age of 40, so I was always insecure and upset that I had older parents, which he knew.) and when I was on the phone he said, "How old is your mom again, like 80???" Dog whistles never worked on me. That's why I can laugh at them, especially knowing why he is saying them now.
