Marcus Quintana, Tinter Battles 2024 Champion, competed in the Squeegee Battles 2024.
He had a fast round but one slight overlook caused him to leave some water behind and get disqualified.
Squeegee Battles is a Tinter Battles’ Original Window Cleaning Competition. It took place in the ALL-NEW Wiz Castle Events Center in Longwood, FL.
Each competitor was tasked with fully squeegeeing a lathered window in one single stroke without leaving streaks or water on the glass. The fastest competitor advanced and eliminated their opponents until the final remaining competitor was declared the winner.
Squeegee Battles 2024 Competition had a total of 40 Competitors and began with Heats of (4) Competitors each.
The rules are simple, fully squeegee a window using only ONE SINGLE squeegee pass for the entirety of the window. No streaks or residual moisture will be accepted. Any lift in the squeegee prior to completing the round will result in a disqualification.

I remember watching some medical professionals commenting in a documentary. If I remember correctly they were more concerned about it than a lot of combat sports. Who would have thought that getting hit that hard in the face repeatedly is bad for your brain.

It's crazy that I day dreamed about a squeegee window cleaning competition and that I was crowned winner 😂 fact that I've been window cleaning for 4 years and I've mastered the sway of the squeegee.

I know window cleaners in nyc that make 3-400$ a day in 4hrs of work just because there fast and efficient, so trust me dont clown or sleep on the profession, also if you can get clients that own houses and business the money is great

@@desireenicole7456 Yes (obviously). Video recorders/camcorders were recorded on tapes (mini-VHS tapes/video home systems) before things moved to cd, & then on to all digital. Before CD’s (i.e., the 90’s & before) everything was recorded & played on cassette tapes (or vinyl still-but this was much less popular by the 90’s than it was in its earlier years).
Music, cassette tapes; Movies, VHS tapes; Thumb/USB Drives, floppy disks; etc., etc.

I actually started to enjoy all this like wood chopping and window cleaning and lawn service videos a lot more than I'm liking any other type of content. I think this is really what the next generation needs. Might sound silly but getting back into proper trades and useful skills is really what it should be about. We idolize rappers, basketball stars and a bunch of other hooligans on UA-cam so I really don't see this as a problem and more of a solution.
