0:00 Millions of modrons stop working and start marching in rank and file. As endless numbers of lawful neutral cog creatures pour out of Mechanus in a vast expedition, the denizens of the Outer Planes realize that it is time for the Great Modron March again.
Hopefully this time not triggered by an imposter Primus looking for his lost scepter.
I know the modrons simply trample everything (and everyone) in their wake, but it would be funny if they're so lawful, they actually stop for traffic signs.
@@XX-sp3tt And just to mess with them, every chaotic plane starts planting stop signs and priority signs at random locations.
@@VinceValentine The more intelligent Modrons would recognize there is no rule of law on those planes, therefore, those stops signs hold in sway over them and THEY are the only rule of law present.

That is why I spent like 70 EUR on the Ambiences on bandcamp. I find them ideal for work and study - or to fall asleep to.
Im using this for a clockwork planetarium setting I’m using for a fantasy steampunk dnd campaign and im using this in the underground shifting labyrinths and hidden areas of a great hulking mechanical library.
Can’t wait for them to get worried from just ambience.

Oh no I can't leave yet, I have not figured out what is so terrifying about this yet. And the unknown, is too wonderful and delightful to leave unexplored.
Perfect sound for a trap room on my tabletop rpg game I'm running.
players enter a room. The room is empty except a lever/button in the middle of the room. On the floors and walls are many holes. The lever or button is on a pedestal made of gold, silver, or marble. There are two doors one from which you entered the room one to exit which starts out closed.
Activation- once the lever/button has been activated the entrance snaps shut and the doors cannot be opened. Magical numbers appear and start counting down from 30 seconds. Every time they use the lever/button again the numbers reset. When the countdown reaches 05 they will hear gears turning and springs tightening. Once the countdown reaches 00 the exit springs open.
better than any ASMR in my opinion
as i sit in my study in the downstairs basement i can hear the ticking of the clock. with each tick it makes me two steps closer and a jump forward to going completely and utterly mad.
In front of you stands a rickety tower, rising so high you can't see the top, made of gargantuan clockwork pieces haphazardly cobbled together. A strange ticking seems to come from every gear, all perfectly synced. The whole thing sways back with every "tick" and forth with every "tock".
"We have to go in there?" you ask, your voice trembling.
"There's no other way. They're being held prisoner in the top."
"But how will we ever make it in time?"
"I think once we're inside, you'll find that time...well, it doesn't quite behave in the way you are used to...."

You know Kroenen from hellboy right? If you dont try to look him up, he has a ticking windup clock key thing with a sound which I entirely enjoy...if you could make an hour sound of that clockwork heart I would be greatful..
