500 grams of fresh shrimp

Shrimp peeled, washed and cleaned

Steamed shrimp
Shrimp cooks very quickly, so don't steam shrimp too long, shrimp will be soft
- Put the mold in the steamer for a few minutes and then pat the shrimp's face dry before putting the annatto oil on the face to make it beautiful, close the lid and steam for a few more minutes, don't steam the shrimp for too long.
- Put the shrimp balls on the steamer and steam for 5-7 minutes to cook right away

SOUP BROTH
