She's talking about Phil I'm sure along with Rex and in fairness the tour with Zack playing the late Dime's parts is drawing rave reviews... can't ever take shit away from Zack tho, I think most fans of this kinda music already know that. But it ain't Pantera and even Zack knows it, he was asked about the possibility of recording with the guys and said he could absolutely forsee doing that but it couldn't be under the Pantera banner... it would be something different. Phil and Rex were parts of Pantera, big parts. But just like Dime and Vinnie didn't try to carry Pantera on without Phil and Rex you absolutely can't have new Pantera music without those brothers.... man they were Pantera. It's just that simple. Playing the songs like they're doing now is paying respectful homage... to attempt to record a Pantera album without them would be the opposite of paying homage to them. Simply put it would be very disrespectful.
