I can TASTE this... I was waiting for a theme that borrows some of the screeching and atmospheric sounds from OOT dungeons, and this is just too perfect.

They actually had one. It was called LoZ OOT 2D. The internet community was coming together to remake the game from the ground up. They made all their own graphical assets, music, and coding. They were doing it all for free as a labor of love. After each significant step, they would release an updated version people could download and play. They even had a functional multiplayer/co-op going. Unfortunately, the legal big wigs at Nintendo threatened them and they had to shuttle project down and remove it, as best they could, from the internet. It was pretty awesome to play and cool to watch it grow.
I just realized I was talking about the opposite of what you wanted. They were making OOT 2D and you were looking for ALTTP in 3D. I would love to see that as well.
Absolutely love how this isn't just a soundfont swap but a full on remix of the Light World dungeon theme in the style of an OoT dungeon theme! Amazing work.
Please keep making more of these! They are so so so good and I'm having nostalgia overload while enjoying something new which is awesome! Really makes you think how much of a genius Koji Kondo is, and how well his songs sound even in different soundfonts. You need more attention cause these two zelda remixes slap
If Tears Of The Kingdom brings back traditional Zelda dungeons, I really hope they choose to use remixes of the classic dungeon themes for the soundtracks! I won't even be mad!
With all these OOT romhacks coming out, its fun to imagine an entire OOT adventure but each dungeon uses themes from other Zelda games. Like, imagine a Dark Link fight to the tune of Zelda 2's temple theme?

oh, oh! OH! Fuck yeah! The intro with the uh "fiery magmatic wind hisses thingy" from both the Crater and Dodongo's Cavern is such a GOOD atmospherical addition. Umm. Yes. Chef quality here.

I personally think the dungeon compositions in A Link to the Past are better than just ambience like seen in Ocarina of Time. Nintendo really went all out.
