She actually likes him but they didn't do that kind of stuff as i'm aware of. I read the book and read some info which isn't written in the book and never seen they had something between them.

Simply he is just nothing but does everything he is not. Not a knight. Not a mage. No Divine protection. Nothing but he simply surpass everyone... He is the most dangerous being so far in Re zero BTW and has no counter you can use against... You can imagine counter against Pandora and even Return by Death is Satella's it will taken by Subaru the moment he kills her... Just once is enough. So know think about Elsa's POV... Boy with absolutely no power, presence or importance comes and saves you but you can actually kill him at any moment... He then talks about making you debt to himself and says he *will kill you one day* but just *not now* He kills people far harder to kill or even unimaginable to defeat in Elsa's mind by using her as a weapon, she now understands that PROMISE actually was real and she is in his mercy every single moment they spent that's just too hot in her mind. Of course she come to love him, he was also pretty good boss and killed Capella which tortured Meili and probably her its just impossible Elsa to not feel anything and she is pure murderer... There is no way any woman watch Subaru closely don't feel anything or at least question 'Who the hell is this man?' so pretty much he can have any woman he wants just woman like Priscilla immune because they don't even think about him or they are too deluded to see something different about him. İn arc 7 I am pretty sure we will see Priscilla having different thoughts about Subaru.
