Hi Kaleb, House #1. Is really Nice, Sure you have to Update the Bathrooms. Put Epoxy on the Garage floor. Put New Carpeting. The Kitchen is Beautiful, But overall I like this Home 🙂🏡😍🥰. House #2. Has a lot of Potential. It definitely needs Epoxy on the Garage floor, And does need a New Furnace, Which is Old. In both of the Bathrooms, I would Replace Everything. Replaced the front Door, and do Landscaping in the Walkway. The Patio, I would Not down the Wall, Put in a Covered Screen Porch, With a White Fence All around. Of course this Home have been on the Market for Quite sometime. But $310,000 You really can't beat it. Not a bad looking House at all. House #3. I do like, But would prefer House # 2.. Would update with different color tile. Like the countertops and would ad a backsplash. Good size laundry 🧺. Primary and closet ok. En-suite a little small. Remove the tub and put a nice shower. Enclosed lanai. Fenced in backyard and of course ad a pool. 2nd home. Like the front elevation. Neat on entry. Bathroom and 2 bedrooms an ok size. Like the waines coating in the dining space. Kitchen and nook ok. Covered enclosed lanai but no shade. And get a pool. Good size laundry. Good size primary/ closet / and en-suite enough. And it shows Kaleb. Didn’t want to ask. I want to buy a house in Florida but don't know where. I want it to be a family vacation home but doesn't necessarily have to be near a beach or anything. As long as we can drive 40 minutes or less to one.
I don't see the value in the upstairs loft area. That space would be better used as an additional bedroom or bigger closets for the existing bedrooms. I'm referring specifically to house #3.
Awesome job as always showing these homes! Glad to see the correction evolving. My worries are primarily the homeowner’s insurance and HOA fees. Will the first two properties need roof and windows replacement, in order to qualify for homeowner’s insurance? My wife loves the “gated community feel” but I worry about the not knowing when and how much HOA fees increase. I can afford it today but will HOA fees and insurance cost force us out in 5 years? I think homeowners insurance is a bigger concern but moreso in coastal area. Then there's rising property taxes.
