@DeadGlassEyes I think he might have said useless because the way the knife is shaped. Yes, it's beautiful, but due to its cubic shape the grip on it might not be soo great which means it could slip out of your hands when using it to hard but its a knife nonetheless which is still a dangerous tool. This is just my opnion so I understand if you don't agree, but yes it's quite a beautiful tool.
This is amazing, it looks so simple yet it is one of the most elegant designs I've ever seen in a knife. So symmetrical, avoiding any unnecessary elements, this truly is a masterpiece! Great skills, I loved to watch this video.
I wish you had added some grooves to the sheath/blade so it would go "click" when pressing into the sheath... thats maybe just my own bias. Extremely nice looking dagger! Simple but gorgeous. Love it
That is such a cool desing, wish I could ever have such clean looking knife like this. Aslo the copper is just about the best looking material for this.
Nice work, the design looks stunning but it's completely impractical. One light stab and your fingers will slip off the handle and get cleanly sliced off by the double edged blade. Getting shivers just looking at it :')
I'd definitely go for a build like this, except I'm more into Origami looking square blades, with a bit of frost texture. Hopefully this comment gets seen and we can see the concept of such fine art in the finest hands.
Cool knife! My suggestion would be using these super precise cuts that went viral to make the transition between grip and the cover absolutely seamless.
An amazing show of craftsmanship and a simply beautiful design! Very space age and sci-fi yet also grounded and ancient in its construction. Feels like something that could be used by the sci fantasy warriors of Dune or the grounded, realistic marines of the Expanse. Overall and awesome little design, and most definitely earning of the like button.
Thats a pucking job👍👍friend wow mazing work lv it bro what a bit of time and lv you can make amazing👍👍happy⚒forgeing friend be safe god🙏bless bro👌👏dino uk.
if I had this when I was ride my bike at night from work thing may be save... my country don't allow guns and knives but this a big help when defend myself against bad guys, love you knife bro... respect lol
I have been following you fondly for a long time, brother, and I congratulate you on the work you do, well done. I really liked the craftsmanship of this knife. Could you please sell it to me as a souvenir for life? thanks :)
i like it, cant help but think if you drilled a thin dsik shaped grove in the knife and sheath and embedded thin disk shaped Neodymium magnets to retain the copper sheath just a little better.
very cool piece. However, wouldn't drawing and sheathing it without clearing it out completely parallel cause the edge to slide along the copper for basically the entire cutting edge?
That is a work of art! But it's not just the beauty of the blade, but the way you make it is are as well. I fear asking how much a blade like that would cost.
As always superb double edge work, Koss. Love the simplicity of it yet has some elegant end details. Please tell us what the rounded grinding wheel was you used to make the fullers...Diamond/Radius?? Thanks Very Much Koss, I always learn something from your fine builds!
That would make a nice throwing knife as it is not really fit for stabbing because the handle itself will tend to slip out of your hand when you try to puncture a harder surface. Yet it is very beautiful to have as an art piece so keep up the work and don't forget to perfect your skills for the best results.
Absolutely mesmerizing craftsmanship! The intricate detailing on the copper sheath dagger is simply breathtaking. I'm in awe of the skill and dedication that went into creating such a masterpiece. Truly inspiring work. I'm also making interesting things but it's really amazing.
Stunning work. Simple yet elegant.
Elegant yet useless.
@@murmurkazau5598 Useless? It’s a knife. Maybe you’re useless with one?

This is cool. I think a version with two knives that fit together the same way would be awesome.
Hello. It is very interesting to watch how you make knives! This is a work of art!
Thank you very much!
where can these be purchased?
@@Chuckwoods777i dont think they can
I love how you did the end caps! Very beautiful knife!
Beautiful and elegant. Quite the statement in the office to open letters.
This seems really cool! I'm going to try to make this from the copper that my friend Ea-nasir sold to me.
let's hope it doesn't fall apart when cutting a watermelon
Спасибо. Шикарный нож. И работа исполнена превосходно. Ещё раз огромное спасибо.
Absolutely fantastic workmanship, a real joy to watch. As a fellow blade maker, I really enjoyed watching you bring your idea to life, real art.
Wouldn't that create a galvanic cell and cause corrosion in one of the metals?
Exactly. This is basically a beautiful looking battery. The blade will rust in no time.
You gotta just coat the metals with something
@@Pelipoikkielectroplate it
@@elementoon11what? Electroplating is completely different thing.
It wouldn't matter if it corrodes because it's for a video and it looks cool.
You're knifes are so cool, Great to see how you make them
Glad you like them!
@@Koss-channelI like all your works. but this one is so simple and plain. the subtlety is unbelievable
Great work. Slick design. I thought the move to bevel the ends was tight! Thanks for sharing.
I have no idea how your video came up on my feed ,but damn. That was just beautiful to watch.
Stunning work of Craftsmanship and Art!

you'll just end up bonding the two parts together...
As usual, creativ and elegant !
Отличный ролик. 😊😊😊
Another elegant and gorgeous piece Koss! Thanks again!
Beautiful and elegant, yet simple! I love it!

Congratz on the new milling machine
What a beautiful knife. I think its thin profile would make it very concealable in several places like a boot, sleeve, behind the back, and side.
Such an amazing elegant copper design! I don’t think I’ve ever been interested in knives this much before 😂
Amazing dagger! Greetings from Poland 💪
Very beautiful design, well done.
Great work. Got a lot of information on different ideas with regards to knife making.
this is really cool, I would make this at home using a fire, a sanding paper, and a water bucket but would not nearly be as good as this
Really nice work! Can you tell me what that bit was that you used to grind out the fuller? I want one!!
As always, superb!
Hello Koss beautiful knife good job well done

You are a Master! God bless your hands.
a real beauty. good work on that knive
Hello, have you some video where we can see how do you build your surface grinding machine?
Superb, I like this minimalist look.
Simple and elegant. I wonder if you could fit a magnet in the sheath as a lock. Probably too thin for that.
What a beautiful knife
Nice! where did you get the copper square tube, or did you make it?
That is a work of art! But it's not just the beauty of the blade, but the way you make it is are as well. I fear asking how much a blade like that would cost.
Looks very cool! I would love to try making this but the only things missing are the machines and the metal haha.
i lvoe this design sm, wish i had money to get myself a fancy knife for scouting. maybe later someday
This would patina great I imagine. Awesome job and design.

Очень красивый нож получился, смотреть на процесс работы и на итог очень приятно
Плохо то, что это штампованное изделие и ни в коем случае не ручная работа. Коммерция. Жадность.
Amazing work. Your machining skills are incredible.
Very good .Good luck.
New mill? Useful tool to get!

First time here, I must say love the copper. It is an under utilized metal. that said do you forge or just stock removal?
That's just gorgeous!!! 😍

1:34 How's the milling process working without securing the job?
The table has a strong magnet that can be engaged to hold the workpiece.
Sorry, Where did you get such a piece of iron from which you made a knife case???
Really cool! I loved the simplistic design.
