About a year ago I almost went to the mental hospital because I lost all of my friends in the span of a day. It was just a long and complicated story and it led to me having a breakdown.
Recently, I lost another friend who I’ve known for almost 3 years. We just grew distant and he wanted to move on. I got to say goodbye at least. It hurt so much in the moment and for some time after, but I realized how much I’ve progressed with my mental health journey because I’ve been able to accept that he has his own life to live. I thought it would be nice to share that I’ve personally experienced the fact that things do get better with time

You should listen to “Stared at from a distance”
The album is long but I feel like you could enjoy and relate to it, maybe the first song will be confusing (it’s my least favourite one personally) but the nexts ones are really clear on what it talks about
Or just read the lyrics first if you don’t like the style, the start of certains songs is a bit weird but it get better in less than a minute so yeah

Its nice to see others who haven't gave up like me...don't fall down the guter like me....I've done some Shi and I'm only 15 and I already screwed my furter..but I find the buty in the pain and well drugs help me stop but some time I well self harm some time I burn my self with cigar it buds well in tell they were stolen now I just cut my self until of I'm satisfied with the pain...
