    Glad I found this channel I have a few years setting up that same machine and some smaller 20s until corporate greed made them decide to buy a bigger building out of state and shut ours down...my new job I start tomorrow there is 4 swiss 20mm with the lns bar feeders with 2 operators they want me to get the new jobs up and going and what it takes to get it done challenging but great opportunity to learn more. Do you have any videos on programming these and what software you guys use to make a program? We never used position point but it would make touch off tools faster then what our shop did was just used man set button hold it down wait for gang to stop load turn tool move gang up til tool holder fits and tighten the screws to wedge it in.

    I have an old L32 at work and the key that the guide bushing keyway locates on is worn down so there is no location happening causing big problems. I am having problems finding basic information on how to make/buy a new one and the easiest way to install it. It's a 97 model, would you know what dimensions it is so I can make one or if/where I should buy a new one.

    How big of a part can this make?

      1.25” diameter - length depends on part geometry - we just ran a job of parts that were 36” long (through the spindle) - most parts are much shorter.

    Hi. I want to know if yo have a photo or the plan of each of the handling tools of the L32, L20, etc?
    I want to have the complete kit but I don't hacve any reference to where I can see it or where I can find it to have it?
    Thanks, greetings from Costa Rica

      David, thanks for the question, can you give me a little more information and we can try to help, do you want a tool position layout or are you looking for specific tools within the machine?

    Do you have to change the end of the bar pusher or for that machine is the one it comes with all you need? Charles

    • @KreminIncManufacturing
      @KreminIncManufacturing  Рік тому +2

      You need to replace the end for each change in material size, so you end up buying a bunch of them to match the stock you run - like a collet or guide bushing. They last a while, but we have had to replace some.

      @Kremin Inc. Manufacturing thanks, I was told something like that once before. I don't have a bar feeder now but I am considering it. Have a great rest of the week

      No problem, bar feeders are huge for us as far as uptime and keeping machines running - they can be a little bit finicky and you need to maintain them. For lights out and long runs, they are awesome. Good Luck!
