Unbelievable video... Chuck is a master on these machines! I just replaced the X2 and Z2 guide rails and ball screws in my L20X. This video probably saved me over ten thousand dollars this was a major repair, the parts alone where 6k, there's no telling what a tech would have charged. I would not have been able to do it without this video. Thanks so much!

Good question - the machine we installed last month has it but we have not tried using it yet - when we do we will put some information together for a video.
@@KreminIncManufacturing sounds good! I heared that you must use unusual feedrates to get good results. We do 80% stainless on our citizens and we must check on a few products every 5th part for removing chips from tools...
Добрый день. Я работаю на citizen m16 с такой же стойкой. Технологии LFV нет. Но я написал цикл через переменные с помощью цикла while и gcode g32. Получился цикл аналогичный системе LFV. Если интересует могу написать.
