Ah! ^_^ Well it is cool to see you augment your vocal commentary with text commentary. As you may know - I used to way 'way' overdo my text commentary. It is a recipe for pain, so find a balance that works for you. ^_^ Also, I recommend trying to keep the audience guessing as to the outcome of the match. They will often enjoy the match better. ^_~ Very well played (a good point on the value of contesting), interesting creation, and yes, I can attest that Mortar is a son of a gun to get proficient in (it is one weapon that I doubt I'll ever be so in). Great share. ^_^
I think the most valuable contesting I did was right at the beginning of the match. I think what farmers normally do is swamp mid and near (from their perspective) with four people while sending one to stall out far point a little, then swamping far with all five. By slowing their capture of mid way down, I think I prevented them from swamping my team as effectively even in a 4v5 situation. If I hadn't done that, we'd probably get walled into our own base by them and lose immediately. I need to get some closer matches to happen to actually have amazing content because the immediate three-cap kinda already gave it away. As much as the aeroflak changes are going to suck (since the weapon won't be very unique any more), I hope I at least get to completely wreck obnoxious missile propeller planes.
@@Keleksos I think that your assessment of those who party for advantage is accurate - especially among those whom are more aggressive. Your contribution to delaying did impact the flow of the match at that stage - but your contribution later is also not to be underestimated. Well played. Oh, and yes, close matches and odds-defying matches tend to be most rewarding. ^_^
UHM for some reason I accidentally deleted my commentary from like the second half of the match. I don't know when it happened or why, so uhh yeah. Not re-rendering the video for that, since I didn't say that much anyway.
That only works if they're healing from far away, otherwise they'll just move around the shield. If you place the shield to protect yourself, you're already making it harder for healers to heal since the enemies are constantly moving across it to get to you.
i started playing robocraft again a few weeks ago (on a different account) and its so hard getting back into the game when theres people whove been playing since 2015 one shotting you with a weapon you dont even recognise
There is no one shots or even close too that unless your build is really weak. I been playing since 2014 and im consistenly at the the top of the scoreboard every match but even i cant one shot anyone maybe try some bots in the shop if you are having trouble surviving? Or just build something tanky. Theres not very many weapons in the game its pretty easy to learn. Check out the tech tree in your garage.
it is full of hackers, noobs, and bad matchup algorithms. so your group either wins by alot or loses by alot. it is fairly rare to get a decent match. edit: i have not been 1 shotted. but ive had 2 T5 plasmas (300k each) 2 shotted by a non-T5 rail gun. i think the T5 maxes at 240,000ish damage. obviously a hack. dont let people convince you it is bad builds.
Uh. If you are getting killed in two hits, your robot is certainly splitting in half or worse when you're getting hit. When your robot splits in half, the part with the greater CPU total remains, and the other half simply gets deleted. This also applies if multiple sections become disconnected at once. There are a number of techniques to avoid this (which you can find on UA-cam somewhere) People have engineered builds that intentionally self-destruct in one hit just for fun. On the other points, those are essentially true. AIs are common in matches, which are essentially noobs (though they can be better or worse depending on the situation) and the matchmaking is pretty bad.
Players like you carry the whole battle with my healer behind their back 😆 I noticed mechs heal a lot faster than bots made mostly of cubes, those vehicles that are just a bunch of blocks are a medic's nightmare.
I don't know what's wrong, since I don't have the experience, but this bot seems to die surprisingly quickly, maybe it's the wide middle section, plus the turning speed is way too slow.
lol, yeah. high quality crashes. i assumed it was part of the algorithm to ensure maximum frustration. if there arent any noobs or hackers in a match, it simply disconnects someone so that the match can be as irritating as possible.
late game content like this makes sense why they abandoned it. how did this turn into a movement shooter. The new game seems more hopeful to have actual vehicle battles. But there is a saying "given the opportunity players will optimize the fun out of a game."
There exists hundreds of thousands of 'dead games'. That doesn't make a single one of them any less fun to play though. A common misconception these days is that "popularity = fun", and while that may be true in most cases, the word "fun" is also a subjective term.
dude seeing robocraft content in 2022 is heartwarming
They're actually working on Robocraft 2!

In the words of the Heavy Weapons Guy: "What sick man sends BABIES to fight me!?"
I never knew flak could fire that rapidly
GG's, like genuinely this was impressive to watch.

Here is a tip, your shield blocks enemy nanos from reaching their allies. Placing it in between them will stop the healing so you can kill them.
That's genius

u gotta only grind a little, once you do, you'll get all the weapons. then you can one shot nubs too...

I've never seen a bot like yours but i'm not some pro, robocraft 2 has got me interested again.
im also so happy seeing robocraft content in 2022 !!
Good old farmer farming.

feelin cute
might make a meta build
Do you happen to be TruckerQUICK from that match?
if so kinda funny that you found this video lol

My fav game but my pc crashes lots of times because its such a high quality game lol

any way i can get that mech? it looks so good! is it in the factory?
This is a game that exists

Oh shit it's you
I don't mean for this to sound rude but I have no idea who you are (?)
Maybe I've played a match with you before? idk
lmfao dead game, go play something else

if it's a dead game then why are you watching
@@DrewTheRotund yh having "fun" in a dead game is juss boring and im also an early player who adopted this game back in 2016. so stfu
this is why you play apex
It's so dead that it has a peak of 200 players, apparently they're ghosts.
