    I have read loads of comments and I saw this coming so many hating on your track skills. Yeah you could use a lot more training but I don't get why people act like this we all know he's a highway demon not a track junky and yeah he will crash and make mistakes again but instead of telling him all these stupid comments why not give him constructive advice instead.
    Ib if you want some help you can DM me anytime I race for a living and have over 30 years of track time if you want I can help and give you couple tricks to get you started. Some have it from the second they jump on a bike and some take more time to learn and/or get passed the fear or hard braking and turn ins in the end all can get to the point of being consistent lap after lap. Yes having 100% control is important and getting things down to a T is better on a 600cc since its much easier to get all your technics perfected but I think the point of this video was to ride it on track and not try to break world records.
    So many here can't even handle an R3 let alone give advice on a 200 hp bike on how to ride track. Just enjoy the show and if you have nothing nice to say don't say it

      It's because, as usual, people are dumb. Crashing is a part of improving and gaining experience. Watch any WSBK or MotoGP race/practice. The best in the world crash doing the same thing we all are doing, trying to push ourselves to improve and to find the limit of our skills and the track or bike.
      Show me a regular track rider that's never binned it and I'll show you a person who has no resolve to improve. If they keep their mouth shut, that's fine. If the start calling out others then we have an issue.

    • @taxi615
      @taxi615 5 років тому

      @@Iscariot18 exactly and his crash from just a simple observation was probably caused by cold tires it doesn't look like he has warmers for that bikes as simple as that. When you're at a new track like that get someone to teach you all the lines always put good track tires and get them heated up. Like you said I've been down from 20 kph all the way to over 150 kph it's part of racing if you never go down it's because either you don't lean at all or you stay at your trailer talking shit about how good you are...lol

    Pass at 11:40 was a-little close for the speed at which you passed. General rule of thumb for your group and overall track days is at least 6 feet. Could get hairy if that guy didn’t stay in his line.

    • @raynic1173
      @raynic1173 5 років тому

      We used to use the 3 ft. rule on track days.

    • @BigGuyRacing74
      @BigGuyRacing74 5 років тому +2

      That pass was also due to lack of track experience. Track instructors often look over their left shoulders on straights to check on riders while staying on the the throttle. This often causes them to slightly drift to the right. Passing them close on their blindside is an unnecessary risk and should only be done with caution. He passed close and hard on the gas but immediately let off once he passed. Must be too used to those “got em” passes on the highway. Lol

    Quick note to some of the keyboard race coaches commenting here...how about we just appreciate the fact that 650ib has taken the V4R on the track and shared the experience with us? 99% of the people commenting here will never get to ride a V4R, so 650ib is doing everyone a solid by sharing this video. As for his level of track skills...who cares?!?!?! There is always someone faster and riding with a more aggressive lean angle.

    What’s up ib. Met you the first time at barber last year roughly May timeframe. Ill be heading to barber when I get back from my deployment in the next few months. I moved from novice to intermediate so maybe we can get together and get a few laps in. Next track I want to hit is NCM.

    I was wondering how long it would take before an R showed up..wellll, not long! I was the instructor who recognized your voice right before you went out...Remember pls do not pass a jersey on the right - when he’s looking back over his left shoulder he can’t see you, and we tend to drift right - which would really hurt! Sorry to hear that was you on the R3!

    bumma about the crash ib, but stick with the r3 and get some sticky tyres on that baby.
    the most i ever improved as a rider was when i bought an old track 600. it only cost me a couple of grand but i wasn't scared to drop it like i was on my spanking new bikes and i was able to push much harder because of that.
    I can't even imagine how timid i'd be riding a panigale on track.

    Hey Ib. I Love you man and I envy you the pleasure of riding v4r on the track- that goes without saying. Look I am not the hater and do not take it the wrong way. You need to learn how to ride on the track my man, the way you ride now puts you in great danger of having yet "another agricultural" experience. Here is why- I can only presume that you are using super expensive tyre warmers as you are loaded beyond my wildest dreams.You start the session with properly warmed tyres and then sorry my man but you go so slow that they tyres lose the temperature. Specifically you do not break at all so the front tyre loses the temperature very quickly, the longer you are on the track with that pace ... the more risk you take. You need to maintain minimum pace on the tack and you can't do it now. Take some trashy r6 or s1000rr and spend money on riding tuition more rather on another Rizoma and once you pick up the pace ... go on v4r. I am not a professional rider or anything but the pace you have and the way you treat the throttle makes me worry for your beautiful v4r. Again not hating but I can see problems coming your way if you maintain your riding schemes. Good luck and keep up with that good work. Papa Bless.

    • @hfr8343
      @hfr8343 5 років тому +1

      All I got from that was hating in all honesty. If you're not a pro or a riding coach fall back

    • @adambrzezinski8009
      @adambrzezinski8009 5 років тому +1

      @@hfr8343 I am not a pro, but I am a frequent track rider. Ib may lose a front one day as he is a big dude... not hatin quite opposite I love the guy I am his subscriber and I enjoy and like the videos - I do not want him to crash. Tyres need temperature to work. They get the proper preparation by tyres warmers then they are getting cold on the track... not a good thing. Just saying.

    • @jordonstamm7371
      @jordonstamm7371 5 років тому +2

      @@adambrzezinski8009 I was just about to say the exact same thing. No offense to IB, but riding that slow on the track is dangerous for you and other riders. IB should be on a much lower cc bike like an R3 or R6 to learn how to ride on a track. Put your ego aside and go buy a cheaper bike and practice riding on the track before bringing the V4R back out, nobody is judging, we all started somewhere. Have fun, but be safe in doing so.
