Peterson's assessment is spot-on here. The only thing I would add is that when Elon Musk sent his Tesla Roadster into space, it was an act of creative genius. It was not an advertisement for Tesla. That particular car had been out of production for years. Elon's goal was to create a video stream that would inspire a sense of wonder, featuring Starman navigating the cosmos. It reminded me of Philippe Petit's 1974 high-wire walk between the World Trade Center towers, itself a gift to the people of New York City.
@@keithad6485 Sorry you read it that way. I certainly did not intend to belittle. I edited the post. The brilliant part of it was the creative idea, not the engineering. Were it not a Tesla Roadster, it would have been a big block of concrete, as is typically used as a dummy payload on a test launch like this one. Elon saw this as an opportunity to inspire a sense of wonder around the world, and he did.

On Elon Musk, I am a self made man, now working on my third manufacturing business and about to embark on my fourth, resurrecting my Defense manufacturing business which was sold some years ago. I admire self made men and women such as Musk. To apply your skills and create a goods or services company from nothing. Takes confidence, unshakeable faith on oneself, persistence, and determination. For example, these are some people who I admire who were self made, Victor Kiam who 'loved the razor so much he bought the company' (Remington) and whose business maxims I have followed with success, Coco Chanel (I admire her and her achievements, even though it is not politically correct to admire her these days due to her Nazi connection during WW2), Henry Ford (I admire him and his achievements, even though it is not politically correct to admire him these days due to his Nazi connection). Though, I do not admire people who have made their fortune by buying and selling on the stock exchange or traders who make money from providing stock exchange service, this is simply gambling and nothing of real value is added to a customer.

Not particularly difficult to shoot a car into space? have you done this? if yes, then and only then. do you have the right to belittle.
@@toddr.lockwood843 Takes a well adjusted and confident person to accept criticism and correct a statement. I admire your actions. I just did the same on another video when I realised my comment was incorrect.
The car into space thing does not inspire wonder in me. Like everything Musk does, it is tinged with arrogance and bravado. The natural world inspires wonder. But apparently man has forgotten.
@hugoclarke3284 space isn't part of the natural world, or am I misinterpreting your statement?

@@billderinbaja3883 it’s true. 1:1B would mean there are 8 Elon Musks in the entire planet. I think he’s unique. So he’s 1:8B 🤓🧐
Jordan Peterson is an amazing person who is in touch with what is going on for what it actually is. Very few people have this ability.
As much as I respect Dr. J Peterson,I often wonder does he answer a question with yes or no...Just kidding but imagine him on a "Lie Detector" Nightmare
Thanks for doing this Farzad!
Big fan of Elon!
I'd really like to see Jordan Peterson interview Elon Musk.
He has interviewed Elon, and it was a great interview!
He's amazing keep praying for him! He can receive peace from Jesus and rest. He is definitely gifted!😄
❤ May GODBLESS YOU ALWAYS 🙏 Mr.Elon Musk Reeves and Goodhealth ❤❤❤
Musk is incredible!!!!! Amazing!
Thanks for this man🙏🏻
I disagree with this guy on a lot of things, but he's absolutely right about about Elon.
I love the guy but when i comes to religion he comes across kind of dumb, thinking especially his debate with Matt dillahunty
I suspect you have not spent much time actually listening to him.
Australia 'is not going to be bullied by Elon Musk' after X refuses to remove harmful Wakeley material. The power of a Narcissistic Billionaire needs to be sanctioned.
What do you disagree with specifically?

Tried to avoid, getting lots of bad vibes. Even looks like a comic book villain.
The little I've heard from him are typical ultra-conservative talking points. For example he's a climate science denier.
There will never be a woman to reach the brilliance of Musk, Peterson,
Trump, RFK , Vance, Tucker .appreciate & be grateful.
We don’t need to we are the most. Important humans on the planet we make. Elon musks !
Elon is brilliant.
Everyone would like to see a conversation between JBP and Elon Musk! In fact several conversations!!
The fact that Elon is autistic is so amazing my grandson is also autistic and to see the things Elon has done with his life has gave me great hope for my grandson! My grandson is non verbal he's only 5yrs old he is very smart and seeing what can be done by someone who has the same thing he does has showed me that doctors do not know everything and anything is possible for him!!
Appreciate this man a lot. He is usually certain on and relevant to the subject matter of his speeches and presentations.
Jordan, you are amazing beyond expectation...gosh, I love listening to you! I learn sooooo much!
Elon Musk can freak byou out in a split second. Dont figure Him out. Amazing kindness and Genious together..❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Kindness?
He has monkeys tortured and has just sacked 10,000 staff while seeking a $55 billion payout for himself.

Elon is the most complicated, tenacious, intense, volatile individual. An individual that our world needs. NEVER underestimate Elon and ALWAYS question WHY it is that the establishment is threatened by him.
EVERYONE who values their right to freedom and basic common sense thinking abilities should make every effort possible to protect Elon at all costs.
This is well done -thanks!❤
Thanks Mr. Farzad as I believe your video was very uplifting.
I really enjoyed this interview. Thanks 👍🇨🇦💯
i’m such a fan of Elon musk I’m 82 years old and in my lifetime there has never been anybody even close to doing the unbelievable things he’s doing. Virtually everything that he’s doing and producing is changing the world. His brilliance is beyond belief. He is such a treasure. I’m so glad that he’s also a patriot because his intelligence will be invaluable to the future of the United States in spite of his doubters
@@BillyDee159 Elon is one of the most important men in all of human history.
@BillyDee159 life is finite and you post on UA-cam comment section at 82. I call bot or severely broken old man.
One of God’s masterpieces “Elon Musk”
@@BillyDee159 he doesn’t so a shit. He hires people to do stuff. Don’t forget all the staggering osha violation
He is a good and brilliant person. I admire him hugely too. From what I have seen he wants to help humanity and build a better world. He is in a powerful position and that means he has to make complex and difficult decisions, and there will always be people who don’t like his decision. As the saying goes, if you want to make an omelette you need to break some eggs. He is indeed a treasure.
From 14:00 to 15:20 he hits the nail firmly on the head & as such that is what plagues us today via these very people who often make the rules.
Which -Elon or Jordon- is making the rules ? What are you talking about ?
