  • Kicking off the open with a bang at CrossFit Invictus Seattle.
    21.1 was a shock to all, but we all made the most of it that is for sure.
    Having fun with the open and not putting any stress on it because it isn't a big deal to have bad finishes this year because you just have to be inside that top 10%. DO IT WITH A SMILE BABY.
