I have purchased 2 BBW glowtions, not sure why, and made a resolution to only buy the body butters. The whipped version has the best texture out of the ones I've tried. I'd say this collection was mostly disliked from the YT reviews I've seen oddly enough🤔
I have no idea who thinks those Glowtions are a good idea. This would have been a much better launch if they would have offered the scents in their regular lotions & body creams.
Thanks for your review on sol de janeiro dupes! I'm new to sol de janerio, and we aren't the only ones that dislike the glowtion! The reviews on the glowtion aren't that favorable online, but they smell so good, and you're so right about the consistency. ❤
Curious if you have tried the Trader Joe’s knockoff versions? I’m currently using the TJ scrub and the Ulta body wash type dupe . Then pairing with the SDJ cream and spray
I have tried the body cream & body wash. I found the body wash didn’t lather as well as I would like & it left my skin feeling dry. However, I think that has a lot to do with the climate & hard water where I live. I do think their cream is the best knock off of the ones I’ve tried. It’s not the same texture & I will say that the longevity of fragrance isn’t the same, BUT I think the TJ cream with the BBW Fine Fragrance Mist is an affordable option that will get a pretty close result to the SDJ. 😊
@@katiesjoyfullife yeah my water is so hard that it’s leaving gross calcium deposits all over my dishes. I haven’t tried my tj wash or oil. I hope the oil helps with the lack of moisture. It looks like we are going to have cooler weather this week so I may walk to Prasada and see if any Homeworx candles have popped up.

The glitter was all over my clothes the other day when I took them off 😂. I gave it to my teenager, but then she said she put on her face cream after applying & got glitter all over her face too 🤦🏼♀️🤪

Agree! They would have nailed it if they would have offered these scents in just the regular body cream & lotion.
Just tried bronzed sunset…didn’t like. Burning boardwalk now & it’s good.
You are the only person to actually have the SDJ products to compare. So many just say they don't smell similar but don't do a comparison😑

Yes I wish bbw would do away with the glowtions once and for all! If people want shimmer they have the diamond shimmer mists! Great haul Katie!
Yes! It’s not even shimmer at this point as much as it’s straight up glitter & it’s really unnecessary.
