I like the scent but there’s no throw. The fragrance is pretty similar to BBW Midnight Cocktails which does have good throw and more strength.

Hi Katie. I'm late catching up on videos, but this was fun to watch. I love to hear what other people like and dislike. I'm sure I am in the minority, but one candle that I absolutely cannot stomach is jelly donut. Something about it doesn't hit my nose right, so I know exactly what you mean when you say that. To me it smells like dirty socks and I just can't. One candle you had on your list that I don't mind is jelly bean jubilee, but I enjoy the smell of licorice in home fragrance. Happy 2025!

I love this scent but it was a 1/10 throw. Dissapointed.

Too funny our noses. I got so much smoke from Bourbon Bonfire from just the wax melts, which were being melted upstairs while I was downstairs (!!) that it had to go. Kind of sucked because the candle was so pretty but I couldn’t.😂 This is a good series. I say keep it up! Here’s to 2025, Katie!

Hi Katie, thanks for doing this video. Over the holiday season, I found myself burning several candles in another room just to "get rid" of them. They were candles I just felt "meh" about, but didn't have anyone to give them away to. Those in my circle of family/friends are not really into home fragrance that much, in fact some think it's unhealthy to be "breathing that in" (but that's another topic!) Have you ever thrown away candles you don't really like that you can't gift or re-home? It's not something I want to do b/c it seems wasteful, but at the same time I dislike burning a candle I'm not crazy about just to get rid of it. I also don't want to sell a partially burned candle on eBay or Mercari, seems tacky! So I don't know, maybe I'll just leave my "meh" candles in a box by a bus stop! 🤔😄

There have been a number of weeks last year that I couldn't find any candles to purchase, so I'm happy that I saved money during that time lol. Nice declutter. Awesome that you gave these candles a home. I was gifted as part of a present a Pumpkin Latte three wick candle from my brother's family, how quaint right? Congrats on having 64 candles. Mine is slowly shrinking as I'm burning two candles at a time. Keep this going for 2025.

Wow. Congrats. I thought I was doing well until Kringle 4 wicks. I was able to get jelly donut and Christmas. Took a risk on vanilla cone hoping it will be strong. I need to declutter some of the cereal candles and ramekins as I went a little crazy. Please do continue as your efforts make me consider how I approach

Katie please keep the series going. My collection consisted of hundreds of candles and I have been really good this past year with fewer purchases and enjoying from my existing collection. I have dwindled well over 150 candles this past year. I, too, burn a couple candles at a time and have used my crocks as well. Today I put a finished Slatkin & Co Frosted Cranberry in the recycle bin IT WAS FROM 2011!!!! I could not believe I had one that old in my stash!!!!It burned and smelled like a champ too! Keep the series going please!!!!! We need your encouragement and of course we love your feedback on the fragrances!

I love this series, Katie. It helps me get a sense of how to declutter. I have a good friend who loves candles and I give him the ones I haven't quite finished and don't like as much for whatever reason. I've stocked up more on sales this year and I went a little crazy at Halloween. I really don't need more candles right now, but I did just buy the 4 wick Kringle Christmas onsale. I'm going to see how long I can go with what I have. I need to fill out late spring into summer, but im good up to Easter. You've inspired me to count up what I have and see how I do. Please keep this series, I appreciate how thoughtful you are about not letting your candle collection go crazy. I probably have 30-50 candles, I'm not a candle ambassador, but I'm one person and that's a lot for me. I do not want to use a whole closet or a storage locker, if you know what I mean!!!

I’ve went on a candle no buy all of last yr . My collection became too much and took up space. Started gifting and burning instead of them collecting dust. Now I shop my stash and it’s gotten down to an enjoyable collection.

IF Palo Santo & Vanilla doesn't return, Vanilla Cloud (which is a returning scent) was veryyy similar to Palo Santo & Vanilla to my nose while lit. You definitely had me clutching my pearls as always 😂 and yes keep this series going! I try to keep my empties ratio on par with what I haul in a month that way my stash is balanced without me going too over board. I still have a lot of candles but my goal is to narrow it down to my top favorite brand and shop occasionally with other brands that I like. I'm on a no buy for the month of January especially since I still have orders arriving from post Holiday sales lol. It's been nice burning what I want this month with less reviewing 😊.

I vote to keep the series going. For me, 2025 is the year of decluttering not only candles, but all of my collections. And like you say, it allows you to fully enjoy what you have instead of feeling overwhelmed all the time. And thanks for the shout out regarding burning what you want to burn instead of what you feel you have to burn. I’ve been trying so hard to get rid of all fall and winter so that I don’t have to store it away, but maybe it is time to put away Those fig scents and not worry about them until next September😊

Hi Katie Awesome video. It does feel so good to declutter. I look at my background and smile . I am about 100. Big drop from 300. I only bought 5 from Kringle . I bought 0 from all other companies. I just burned through 4. You hit it on the nail head about burning what you love. That is why I stepped back from a channel for a but. I am back now. I will only buy,burn and review what I love

Maybe do a video on how to burn 18 candles in a month. I'm lucky to burn through 2 or 3. I need to get my candle numbers down.

Life is too short to burn candles you aren’t in love with. We have had warm La Niña weather here so I am burning less winter cozy scents and more fresh & clean new year, new you scents.

Wow, Katie! Great job on hitting your goal to have a working & intentional collection. I missed my goal this year, but I am about halfway there. Already have emptied two this month and gifted one though. The key for me is to limit what comes in because once they are in, it is hard for me to say good-bye.

I gifted all of my Kringle Christmas 2 wicks and burned a 4-wick this year. They were the best gifts and it brought a lot of joy to the reciepients and, in turn, to me! So much better than them sitting on a shelf until next year! Great job on reducing your stash. I'm on that mission as well.

I want to work on burning the candles I love instead of “saving” them for the perfect time. It’s like I don’t want to burn my absolute favorites because then they will be gone but I wait so long that the season changes and I never enjoyed them! It’s insane. I love when you say that there will always be another scent you love. It helps get me out of this weird hoarding mentality.

Wow I'm close to 5 to 700 candles. .I thought mine was to many. But I've seen collections bigger. Yours isn't that many lol. But at the same time it is. So I get it. I'm getting rid of ones I don't want anymore either!!!

Hey Katie, Happy New Year. Nice empties. Snowy Bridge would definitely be one that I can see myself burning around Christmastime, maybe burning Cypress & Cinnamon alongside it. I'm finishing HW Let's Toast in a 3-wick hobnail, really nice prosecco note and just started GC's retired large double wick Snow Covered Apples, it's amazing! If it was still around in this form, definitely would get a backup. Congrats on burning 18 candles last month! Happy burning.

I really did not like Boathouse from Goose Creek. Patchouli candles like BBW Demagorgan (sp?) and Rosewood/Patchouli are too strong inside and better outside for me. And one that I really tried to like but just couldn’t is Toasted Pistachio & Vanilla (or maybe it’s the vanilla that’s toasted?). That one might be my cedarwood - weird to my nose only.

Great haul! I’m hoping to try Caramel Sundays during their next release. Warm Cinnamon Bun sounds so good! Is it really spicy ? I am on the hunt for a cinnamon bun scent that doesn’t smell like straight spicy cinnamon.

I purchased three Goose Creek candles on their Black Friday sale, and I haven't been impressed with their performance. I purchased Kringle Candles during sales that I know will perform well. I wonder if GC is using a cheaper paraffin or soy wax for their blends?

First day of SAS, I picked up an Autumn labeled Cinnamon Spiced Vanilla 3 wick. Just 2 days later, I found a favorite Spring scent, Citrus Grove 3 wick (picked up all 3). 🍊🧡 I picked up a decent Kringle order since I enjoyed several during the holidays. I'll be heading back at some point to use two more freebies.

No banana notes for me but what a score for SAS. It's funny how some stores were limiting on the amount of bags and other stores still have them weeks later😆
