in this video, i have shared the process to access the kali Linux when it stuck in boot loop or login loop.
steps
Ctrl+Alt+F1 or Ctrl+Alt+F2 or Ctrl+Alt+F4
apt autoclean
apt update
apt upgrade
apt reinstall gdm3
dpkg-reconfigure gdm3
update-alternatives --config x-window-manager
apt purge xfce4 xfce4-goodies xfce4-places-plugin
reboot

You have done something wrong in it, as I am using it from last 1 year and didn’t faced anything like this. And currently I am working on nmap tutorial from last 3 months and it will be nearly 4-5 hours long and I have put nearly everything in it in a very simplified manner so that everyone can understand it.
