Wow! I make a sweet and spicy glazed carrot recipe but nothing like yours. Can't wait to try your version! I use a cast iron and the first thing I do is get a really dark sear on the carrots creating that char look and flavor. Once that's done I throw in some chicken broth along with brown sugar and red pepper flakes. Let it reduce until it's a glaze and it is oh so f*cking good 😍😍😍

I used a sprinkle of paprika, cinnamon and it was good but then I added about an 1/8 tsp vanilla and it smoothed it right out. Just tremendous. I've said it before... This Dude (Sonny) CAN COOK!

Opening music is as corny as you are. My carrots are made with slices of ginger, maple syrup, browned butter, and s&p. Oh one thing you should try is moroccan carrot salad. It's cooked. I eat it so much in the summer. Love all your tips Sonny boy. Keep it up.
