Btw by tank I mean to take into account each and every way a certain character can resort to in order to have more survivability in battle (characters with dr, characters with dodge, characters with high defense, characters with high stamina, ...). I think that would be quite interesting! Anyway keep it up, your top 10 are great.
Ichimaru at number ten? xD I understand that this vid is your personal opinion but I think that your division is low. Gin is strong af, maybe ten times stronger than fullbring Ichigo because of poison and his potential to kill everyone at one skill (better than FB Ichi 3rd SA). He basically one-shots Fullbring if his HP isn't boosted to at least +80%. As for Nnoitora - he is Fullbring and Tensa killer (just like Yoruichi with good build). He doesn't have any dashes but if you make him tanky with damage reduction links then enemy will use all of his skills with only 10% HP of your Nnoitora taken.
Where is tensa zangeysu he is a monster ive had him beat a whole team by his self with just his 3rd strong attack and one of those teams had broKEN and Fullbringer ichigo on it and i dont even have good accessories for him
We need an update to this list soon. While I roughly agree on the characters you chose, I would put them in a very different order. But I get it is difficult sort chars that have different roles, like SP monsters (FB Ichigo, Gin, now Manga Toshiro) and NAD tanks (BroKen, Nnoitra). Since I don't have most of these characters I can only sort them by how deadly they are to my team, and I get recked a lot by Gin, but I can take down a Tsukishima pretty easily.

SmaxThatAss Better than Tech Riruka yes, but against the SS version, its a close tie. His only good thing about him, is his long range frenzy strong attacks, thats it. If he can't take her out using all 3, he is dead right after. Honestly, he is the only one I been worried about her fighting in PvP to go against her. Tsukishima is bad against her honestly. FB Ichy is terrible now. People been wanting a killer for him but New Nnoitora been his killer all along lol
The only way I see brokenny getting knocked down is when captain unohana and bankai kenpachi from the final arc come. Which kinda sucks cause it won't be for a bit.
I use Fullbring Ichigo, Dangai and Yoruichi. I used to use ss riruka but she shoots too slow most of the time and mostly outlasts but mostly because I only have good items for these kind. Good list despite no Dangai but it's understandable.

no he's not, already tested mine at lvl 200 and with the best accessorys you could imagine, with Fullbring Ichigo around in like 90% of the teans in almost every league its a suicide to run him in your team since he is Speed attribute which is weak againts FB Ichigo that is Tech and he also has killer disadvantage cuz he is Hollow, so no he is not good, he is terrible in the current meta, but in terms of PvE he is literally god, just know his place and its not on PvP for sure

Ichigo is better than tensa purely because of his second strong attack which is a big fuck you. Killer doesn't matter when it one shots most characters from across the map anyway, and just the fact that tensa is basically the same as ichigo. Putting two almost identical characters on the same list would be redundant.
I get that his SAR holds him back, but the combination of his Killer and Special should easily put him on this list. He's a good substitute for FB Ichigo if you don't have him.
I would switch the position of tsukishima and gin because gin can interrupt a lot of strong attacks and he can use all his strong attacks in about 4-5 seconds , if you someone else with frenzy and good aoe in the team you can finish the battle before the soul bomb come out...
Amazing list & nice video :) I have a few nitpicks tho: I think that Tsukishima is to high. His special is the only really dangerous thing about him and since 90% of PvP either has fullbring ichigo or Broken, he isn't really that much of a deal. Sure his third strong attack is fast & he has healing, but characters like Gin are far faster and do more damage because of Frenzy. His special is indeed the most OP for PvP tho. I find Yoruichi's placement debatable. Sure she's OP with attack strategy and her SP & Frenzy, but the same goes for characters like blue Ukitake, who's also very fast and does a lot of damage. I personally rank Nnoitra above her but again her placement is debatable.

I'm glad I got 2 of the top 5 in my team. Just started during the 2 year anniversary 6 star draw. My 6 star was barrigan. And my 5 star draw was broken.

I agree that these units are amazing in pvp, but i feel that it's only half of the equation. Case in point, i hunt down FBichigo leads because more often than not, ppl cant figure out if they should DR or full SA him. He's a glass cannon as SAD and no one has the heart to give him full DR.
Tsukishima is ok, but I really dont see him in PVP often at all. Honestly Gin is the better PvP unit. It's funny because in the clip you showed, he did almost all the damage to the other team. Mag aside, his third strong attack can almost wipe out an entire team. And Riruka isn't really in PVP because I guess Fullbring dominates for technique. I think Tensa shouldve been placed above her though. Hes brought down by the cool down, but his shinagami killer really does make it about even with fb Ichigo. SS Riruka is hit or miss to me though. I don't really see her in PVP that often. And with all the powerful heart characters out there, she gets swept up pretty quickly if she doesn't have some DR links and a double or triple Chappy build. I suppose a hybrid build on her would be interesting I guess. The rest of the list seemed solid for sure though. Good job.
Francisco Hernandez the way I use ss riruka she has nearly 3k stam lol but the thing is she does so much damage to ppl she doesn't need the dr links but I put them on she's more consistent now and for og riruka I use a lot of stamina and some dr and she does really well and kenny is my other person lol
I use tsukishima with enraku hojikuzai and tenshintai all 40% stamina that equals 160% stamina and I still have 40% healing all this without chappies add 52 dr to that and when he gets the special everyone who isn't a staller dies hes a special char, it's not about the damage
tsukishima is one of the best pvp chars in the game. he doesn't have any killer weaknesses and is a healer with a weakening special, plus espada killer is great for pvp
I think not having 2nd anniversary Ichigo in this list is a mistake. I use Yuroichi, FB Ichigo and Lunar Ichigo and they thump pretty hard 9/10. I will try though putting Kenpachi back in and see what the top 3 can really do.
I have almost all of those: Kenny, both Rirukas, Ichigod, Yoruichi, Nnoitora. i made a team lead by Fb Ichi at 200, Lunar Ichigo at 200 and SS Riruka at 175 and it works really good!
Due to the new update I have to disagree with this list, ever since the 5.2 update , strong attack characters actually prioritize their 3rd strong attack. Gin's strong is a full room strong that also poisons with frenzy. since he launches this almost every match now, I think he should be higher up on the list.

honestly, not really. My kenny still destroys fb. Koga however, is the real kenny killer , because of his killer attribute, dudes a beast.

Eh Gin is better than Yourichi in pvp I mean full screen attack+poison+debilitator+quick activation and Yourichi and Gin both have the same MAG but Gin has more SP so idk how you could put Gin so low and yourichi so high
