Haha I should, it's pretty basic, but fresh herbs add so much flavour to food. When you have them in abundance you don't mind chopping some just for garnishing too!
Thank you. I have to look and see if you have a how to make mango chutney. I have never tasted much Chutney but Mangoes are in season here. I saw a box for $5.00.
Show to much beautiful food and I’ll be coming to board at your house 😂😂 hope your all good there. Wish I was back soon but I think it will be about March next year. 💕💕
@@EasyPeasyKitchen yeah not easy to find stuff for the kitchen ...I'm an abstract artist so that's not really kitchen art.😁 Just look up magazines of kitchens with art, then you ll get an idea I'm sure.🙂
Yay, so glad you feel braver about trying plating! I think you're meaning the tuile biscuits? On this video it was the flat rings. I've done a video on tuile biscuits.... there's so much you can do with them and they're very light too. The towered dessert is a bavarois or Bavarian cream.
I've had to learn how to make steamed foods (I'm on a fat-free diet), and I wanted to put something in the center of a bowl that gets steamed, so when I turn it out to serve it, it should have a decoration in the middle of the dome. I wanted to use a kumquat, but they're not in season now. This is where I made caramelized walnuts and garnished my steamed bowlful with those. And the flavor goes well with the dish.
Beautiful 👏👏👏👏👏👏 art on a plate

That sounds like a lovely garnish! It's always good when a garnish looks good and adds to the flavour of a dish 👍
