I could never figure out why people use crawlspaces as a garbage dump. Why would all that broken sheetrock be down there? I am still finding old pepsi cans from my 1958 home as well as all the stuff all the subsequent workers have left. It is almost as if littering and not picking up after themselves is their second job.

My house needs similar repair and it is that age. Buy once - cry once - dont give the situation a chance to worsen. That is exactly what I am about to resolve
@@HeliconUSA Great Video! I am looking to tackle something similiar. I was planning to pour concrete for footings but I think i will use gravel as well. What size jacks are those or how would i spec out what size jacks to use for a single level house?
Good topic..
Thank you!
Hi
Did you just use a 3x3' steel sheet on top of the gravel? What thickness? 1/2" or more?
Helpful video
We're glad it was helpful!
Where can I buy those type jacks?
We receive ours from our supplier, but galvanized steel jacks can be bought from any major retailer as well like Home Depot, Lowe's, or Amazon.
Hi am just curious to know how much a job like that would cost?
Hello, it varies on the scope of work, but this particular job costed $17K
Do you work in Tennessee???, multiply your sag by 12, is what I got, in a 9 year old hose

It is quite shocking
Does the stone have to be packed down?
Yes, it does
@HeliconUSA thanks for the reply. How is this done in areas that can not fit a compactor?

What type of beam did you use ?
We used 33 supplemental beams for this project.
Won’t the jacks eventually fail?
Not with the system we put in place.
Where can I purchase the jacks
We get them from TMG Manufacturing
How much does something like that cost?
Hello, it really depends on the scope of work. It can typically cost an upwards of several thousand dollars.
